I look forward to the posts saying the added art broke hitting/pitching/fielding almost as much as the added art. I guess this is Baez on jumbotrons across all stadiums for 20?

How about a fix for your roster updates that have rookies with all no play time but all options used up. Or 2 or 3 players on a team having the same generic face scan. Or a fix for players with no sound files but have them listed in the names file. Or fix the random bat glitches when players are at bat and carry the bat to first or have it stuck thru their chest?

Can any of these things get fixed before you put out a patch for future ways for you to make more money off of players...........oh wait thats right I forgot that is the only thing that matters to you now. Cool.

You do realize that a player doesn't have to actually appear in any MLB games in order to use up his options right?

Yes but that rule does not apply to any of the players on the SDS roster that are out of options. Not to mention they are different on almost every roster.

Edit: Those rules are not even taken into account in MLB The $how. So besides just being argumentative whats your point?

yeah, somebody was a sleeping in the Roster Department this year. Pete Alonso, no options? There were plenty other guys that made their debut this spring and summer that were the same way. dunno why options (& service time) aren't editable. Probably like rotating scheds, it cant be done in a cycle or nothing else will get touched.


apologies for the sarcasm and attitude. I'm in one of those moods today. I hate being told ''dont eat all the candy, its for the children!''

Remember the put one in take two out principle. Screw the children, they don't contribute to society yet, why should they get all the candy??

Options are obviously a total mess and they really should be editable in the future.

Edit: same with service time. That's probably the biggest joke in all of roster editing. I don't know how hard it is to add this and make every roster creator's lives easier.

if we can find any silver lining here, maybe its in the sheer amount of patches this year yielded. obviously it isnt great 19 needed so many but maybe it also could be an indication more resources will be spent on 20 in ALL modes of the Show, since Sony was so willing to invest in, what. 23 patches, more or less.? hopefully thats more than just wishful thinking on my part. time will tell

It has nothing to do with white knighting but has everything to do with people like you prohibiting any type of rational discussion with the type of posts like your original which has no basis in this thread because this patch has nothing to do with monetizing the game nor is DD specific, it was simply about additional art and animation clean up.

Until the day I disagreed with you and your turned like the hypocrite you are. After all of these years I valued your opinion. But now I realize you are just a big an *** as the rest of them.
