AUTO base running has it’s problems this year, especially on gappers. This ball was clearly deep and in the alley, yet my runner on second went back to tag up. He had 15 speed and did not score. I would hope moving to the PS5 thingsvlike this don’t get overlooked.

This times one million! Please! AI baserunning logic needs work. AI needs to be much more aware of game situation and batted ball trajectory/landing, etc.

Anyone else on road to the show square up the bat and ball and either pop up or ground out? Then you go back to the replay and you hit it perfectly but it goes off the top of your bat or through it?

I get so frustrated with it that I am constantly shutting it off.

Tried doing a search, but apparently I don't have "permission"? Bug on the site, perhaps?

Anyhoo...I can't turn double plays anymore. 98% throwing error to whoever's covering 2nd base. I play with buttons, no meter. I've tried tapping it, holding it, pre-loading, not pre-loading...still an error *most* of the time. What am I missing?

Edit to add: I've played this game a looong time, never had this issue before.

Are you on buttons or button accuracy? If the latter, then you're playing with a meter but it isn't showing up.

I shall check my settings, it's gotta be button accuracy. And now that I think about it, that makes a lot of sense. Although, it's weird that pretty much every other throw I make is accurate (enough). But thanks, you're probably right!

Please, please San Diego devs.. If you see this post PLEASE tune down the frequency or get rid of entirely the FOUL BALL BAT FLIP ANIMATION

Almost every foul ball (especially choppers foul) they do the same flip the bat in their hand animation and it's super annoying and been in the game 10 years and happens wayyyy to much.

Another small thing is tuning the crowd noise more with what's going on. Crown starting to cheer louder off foul balls is not the thing.

Just upgrade and tune the animations and audio and action a bit. I'm playing on next gen too!

Sounds of the Show (PS4 Version of the game) played on a PS5 console are all being deleted from their assigned teams after turning the system off. Even deleted batter walk-up music on saved rosters.



I hope this is a bug that will be fixed. Playing the game without SOTS is not even close to the same level of immersion.

Xbox installed an update this morning. Now I can't start the game. Just gets stuck on the opening screen that says "press any button to continue" Nothing happens. I can hit the guide button back to the dashboard. So my controller is responsive to the Xbox. The "press any button" screen has a note that "The controller for the active user is not detected. Please connect to an available port and sign in.

I let it sit for a few minutes. Demo game started to play. I was able to exit from that. However then it takes me to the game menu, but no response from any controller input there either.Also, The demo game that launched is Marlins vs Cubs. Cubs have just plain grey uniforms. No logos, nothing on the jerseys.

EDIT: Uninstall of my profile data seems to have resolved the issue

Ramon Russell mentioned in one of the premiere videos that the check swings have been fixed, but that is not the case. I have played at least 5 exhibition games and at least three of them I have had a strike called on me for a check swing when the batter has clearly not swung at the pitch.

PS5 Everytime I try to manually save my franchise the game crashes, anybody else having this problem?

Xbox One or Series X/S? I’ve had zero issues on my Series S so far like that. So seems extremely strange.
