How many times can you redo the amateur showcase this year?

Good old Road to the Show Trade Logic. The Cards are in 1st place in the week leading up to the all star break so what do they do?

      Trade away Jack Flaherty.

Anytime u think a steal attempt is coming for some reason u have to start moving to 2nd base right away before the pitch is even thrown if u want to get there in time.. It is a stupid glitch i wish they would fix

Edit: first game of the series vs the Blue Jays, first fielding opportunity, the 8th hole hitter (batting .178 on the year) blasts a 3 run shot over my head.
Try playing all fielding opportunities maybe you won't have that problem

Thats why i always have at least 3 separate saves of the same season so i don't have to deal with any bad trades because i can always just go back to a previous save if they do something super unrealistic

Then they made trades and I was promptly sent to the bench which was pretty lame since I was crushing it. I originally had no secondary position but I changed that to any IF position to get into the game. My average, .260, isn't great but I've had 232 ABs with 28 HRs which would put me at 8.3 AB/HR or the 5th best in MLB history. Anyone else think there are too many HRs? I get a lot of crushable pitches.
I just finished playing my 162nd game in the majors (split between 2 seasons). Had the following stats: .296/.376/.676/1.052, 55 HR, 117 RBI, 32 STL, 10.1 WAR.

Probably a little too accelerated for a 20yr old but that is with the anomaly archetype. That particular skillset may be overpowered IMO. I'm an 82 OVR raw and 93 with equipment.

Anomaly archetype at shortstop. My speed and power ratings are pretty much topped out or in the mid 90s. A terror at the plate and on the base paths and not to mention defense, like the announcer says "This guy's a manager's dream."

Year 3 and 2nd in the majors. After winning rookie of the year in season 2 I've set the league on fire in my 3rd year including getting the most all-star votes, winning the home run derby and with just 31 games left in the season I'm seriously in triple crown contention and pretty much have the MVP locked up. And the Rangers have a 10 game lead in the AL West so I probably have the playoffs to look forward to. Life in The Show is good.

Have it locked in at All Star+ with zone hitting and guess pitches on/off depending on mood.

I thought about upping the difficulty but I'm still having hitless and/or multiple K games, extended slumps and many of my hits are infield singles due to my 97 speed. Power R and L are maxed so I think the HR number is reasonable. I am dominating the AL but there are a couple of players in the NL (Acuna Jr, Alonso) who are right behind me or even ahead in some batting stats so I'm not running away with things.

                      And it's fun.

Rangers finished 1st in AL West and I squeaked out the Triple Crown batting title. ALDS swept the Twins then in Game 1 ALCS vs. Boston ran into this buzzsaw and lost like 11-1 or something ridiculous:

                          Attirbute Capped ??

I guess this is the rtts thread. I am a veteran, returning after some 5-6 years absense.

Wow, the changes in the game. Most of which are over my head, have no idea what all this stuff is I see when I start the game, and as I progress thru it. I just ignore it and get back to what I do know, playing baseball.

One thing I am not sure of in RTTS is when an attibute is capped and I have reached that value, what can I do to increase the cap? I have that situation now with fielding reaction. And am approaching it with others.

I have seen various drills at times where you can increase the cap on some partiulcar attribute None yet for reaction. Is there any other way to deal with this? So many changes.

I used to just buy the attributes with real money. LOL But I guess that is gone for some reason.

Thx for any help, and hello again!

Just keep an eye out on training days, eventually you'll get offered an increase cap activity for the attribute you're looking for. I always go for the cap increases when available even if I don't need it at the time. I think this is a way for the game to balance progression somewhat.

Game 6 ALCS down 3 games to 2 to the Boston Red Sox. Bottom of the 9th down 6-5 with 1 out and 1 on. It's pretty much now or never.
