    Switching difficulties

I’m a long time Legend Zone batting guy and I’ve always struggled. But this year, I’m averaging 18.2 Ks a game and 3 hits a game.

What will change if I move down to All Star, besides turning in my man card?

keep your man card; instead of completely leaving Legend, this year you can preset dynamic difficulty to Legend right away. do that, turn dynamic difficulty level change slider at 10 so you are constantly moving between and you should get a healthy mix of Legend & HoF. plenty of streaks and slumps to realistically mimic ebb and flow of a real 162 game grind.

also, if you still want to give up your man card, trade in the Show for Hello Kitty: Apron of Magic

also also, anyone willing to give up their man card never really had one to begin with lol

also also also, if you dont have a man card we cant call you taternuts

      Re: Switching difficulties

Testing is inconclusive, but based on what I've seen so far it seems the only difference in hitting between the skill levels this year is the human contact slider and some very minor pitch speed adjustments.

I did some very initial tests on a legend slider set and I found that a 10 on the human contact slider at legendary is nearly the same as a 5 on the human contact slider on Hall of Fame (HoF 5 is actually still slightly bigger, but the difference is negligible).

This gives you a ton of wiggle room to set a difficulty level between Legend and HoF, never mind all star. Keep in mind that the contact slider does more than dictate the size of your PCI. It also effects the timing window and your ability to check swing, both which have a major impact on strikeouts.

        Thanks for the replies all.

I see where to set dynamic difficulty, but not where to set the starting level. It just starts as Dynamic. How do I set the starting level?

I will retain my card for now, I keep it hidden so the wife can’t take it away.
