Astros Home 94 and Away was in last season. This season they added the 1994-1996 Alternate and the 2000-2001 black alternate. Also last season they did correct the Minnesota Twins "M" batting helmet via a patch. Hopefully it remains intact.


For the 1994 Indians they do have red socks/undershirts which are correct. I may do a franchise with the Indians using the 1994 sets or even the Diamondbacks using their 1998 sets which are all in now.

Looks like from the DD stream you can use MLB unis for DD. That is very good news for uni fans. You want this tied to their flagship mode.

It’d be cool if they added more throughout the year, I don’t think they would because they already have a lot but this is good thing overall if it’s the case

Glad to have in MLB The Show 21 some new uniforms like :

Orioles 90`s home
All Indians 90`2000`s
home Reds 2000
Home Alternate Tigers 1995
Many new ones alternates 2000`s like Rays, Royals, DBakcs etc


But I still miss:

Road Giants 80`s/90 `s
Road Mets 2000`s
Alternate Padres 1998
Alternate Expos 90/2000

Now the game is almost perfect to play 1990`s or 2000`s season in spite of not having the create-a-park options for PS4.
However, I won`t buy it, i will keep on gaming with 20

The hidden alt caps are the same as last year

Rangers all red cap is missing but the ‘94 red cap is pretty close

I was so happy to see the 95 Orioles home but they failed to add the 95 Away or add the 89 Giants Road among others. Still I'll cave in and get 21 when it comes out Tuesday.


Just pray hopefully 22 on the PS4 will have more throwback uniforms added.

Uniform wishlist thread for The Show 21

Please add this 1993 home astros uniform. It is exactly like away one already in the game, except it is all white with a navy belt. PLEASE, PLEASE. This is my all time favorite uniform. Patch it in and I’ll be 3 Jackie Robinson copies.

Unfortunately they don't patch in any more throwbacks after release. Last year I was hoping they would patch in the 89 Giants road and 94 Brewers Alternate but to no avail.


I was thinking about getting 21 but decided to just stick with 20 after all. There were only a handful of new uniforms that got my attention.


Here's hoping 22 on the PS4 will get more throwback uniforms.
