Perhaps it's not a sexy feature add, but with the expanded storage and memory of the next-gen systems, I'm hoping the uniform slots expand significantly. Would love to see this built up (even if it takes a few years) to include the majority of uniforms pieces that teams have worn in their history.

Since teams don't overhaul their uniforms that often, it at least seems feasible.

Would also love to see SCEA start scanning in uniforms if/when they rebuild them and player models for next-gen. It just inherently creates more precise uniforms and spacing of numbers and letters.

I know it's a long shot but in MLB 09 they had the 1993-2002 Marlins teal alternate as a throwback. Would be dope if that would be in 21.

Probably a small thing that doesn't really bother many people. I would like to see teams like the Mariners, Reds, Rockies and Rangers have the numbers on the back of their helmets fixed. They should be in the center of the helmet now. If not fixed for release then hopefully patched in the way Baltimore's matte helmets got patched in a couple of years back when they made that change.

Prayers both (or one) the 1994-96 Brewers Alternate will be added to match the set they added last year and the 1983-93 Giants road uniform will be added. It made no sense last season to add the home but not the away.

From the new livestream video there's no new throwback uniforms added.


Also no Spring Training jerseys as the Giants are wearing that generic BP uniform from last year with no names/numbers on back.

As an Angels fan, just about everything is covered except for the lower case "a" uniforms. The only one I personally would like to see were the old alternative uniforms from 2005 to 2008 with the red sleeves (undershirt). Others might feel differently about them but as someone who became a fan in that era I actually liked them a lot.

Also, maybe they can add the road "Anaheim" jersey in 2003 and 2004. That would be neat. Won't count on it as I'm sure Arte has made every effort to blast them all into the sun. Lol

Doesn't look like anything will be added this year. Also you can bet your bottom dollar that in 22 Cleveland will just be generic and have home/away only just like the Washington Football Club in Madden.

Why would Cleveland be generic. WFT changed their name like a month out from the start of the season. Cleveland purposely gave themselves until 22 to avoid a similar issue.

The only uni related note I saw in the new trailer was the Padres batting helmet logo when wearing the camos is still white but it should be yellow

Hell Yeah! Love that jersey. I may get 21 after all and do a franchise with Seattle and use the sleeveless for afternoon home games. Maybe this is a step in the right direction that more uniforms will be added for the PS4.

Saw another gameplay video on YouTube and the 1980 Royals are still missing names on the back of their uniforms. It looks like the 1980 Phillies will also be missing names on the back and their uniforms will be current Phillie Red and not the correct 1980 Maroon.
