Bringer of Sprinkles... meh, doesn't have the same ring to it.
thank the maker we can now tweak batting stances. if somebody on my team has a stance that just doesn't work for me, my hitting coach sends him to the cage to work on it till it does work. nothing major, it's usually just a closed stance that needs to be opened a wee bit.
I do this also, some batting stances disrupt my “eye on the ball swing” timing haha so I send him to the batting instructor to “work” on that swing.
Manny Machado ... both in 19 and again now in 20. Traded him for Devers this year. Best GM decision I’ve ever made
Kris Bryant
Yordan Alvarez ... his ratings, contract and age make me drool, but he’s incredibly average for me Trying not to give up on him
Since I mentioned struggling some with Bryce Harper he has gone on an absolute tear, adding about 30 points to his average (only 50-some games in so averages are still volatile) and hitting 5-6 home runs including a game winning grand slam and a key pinch hit 3 run homer in Dodger Stadium. Just like the real Bryce, when hot he's scary.

I'm assuming it's because he didn't really flash that much power in games last year. But I agree he never even really develops into a great power hitter in franchise in my experiences. Kinda frustrating that maybe the best hitting prospect of all time, isn't treated that way on the show.

Yeah since I’ve made the thread I’ve gotten deGrom back on track too, although no matter how well he pitches Porcello still seems to out do him the next start
Probably because his stats were poorly done. How does he not have higher power stats?

he hit a HR right about 1 every 31 AB's in 2019 so mid to high 50's power sounds right to me, especially at 21 years aged. if you do your part, play well with him, he will develop really great power. I like it that there is a chance he flames out, but done right, he won't.
