With no MLB so far, how are you enjoying the game?

Like most, I buy The Show every year... but I haven't jumped on board yet. Reason being, because I love playing the game as I follow along with the real season.

But with no MLB yet this year, are you guys still enjoying the game? How are the devs handling things like Moments this year, with no real-life moments to use? (I love this feature).

Or, is The Show filling the gap for you until MLB comes back?

I think I'll eventually jump on as I want to continue my Road to The Show career, but without an MLB season going on, is the game any less enjoyable for you?

I played a bit when it came out, then stopped for about 2 months. I just started getting back into the game last week with the anticipation of the season returning sparking my interest again

I dont really try to compare what I'm doing in franchise to real MLB. also I like those 80's-90's classic rosters so that's just another reason what happens currently isn't relevant to my Show time.

I've played it more than any other baseball game I've ever owned, a lot because of not being able to watch baseball (or do other stuff). I'm trying to complete a season with the Brewers and Indians playing every game. Currently in mid July.

Ive been playing more than ever, once I got settled in with the game. Honestly just about done with "Pro" sports.

I moved my franchise to OOTP - it's a good time.

I use MLBTS for RTTS and online, which is a shame.

I’m enjoying it. I’ve always struggled offensively and dominated with pitching but I’m hitting a lot better and I’ve never dominated with a guy like I’m doing with Pete Alonso, so it’s like I’m playing a different game this year

I used to be a real life roster player, but since I started a franchise with Bacon's fictional roster, the game has become so much more enjoyable for me that I will never go back to real rosters! You know the feeling you get when you call up a rookie and you start playing with him for the first time? Well multiply that feeling 26 times! So cool figuring out what each players strengths and weaknesses are, and also playing against every team not knowing if their pitcher is gonna be lights out, or their first baseman is a beast at the plate etc... Brings a whole new element to the game which makes it so much fun to play. You really get invested in your guys.
