Digital - and whichever edition allows for dual entitlement on both PS4 and PS5 and getting it on the 16th.

I’m purposely waiting until after some franchise news to pre-order though, just in case they track that data.

Scored a disc ps5 bundle on GameStop this morning. Sheesh, I didn’t think I’d be playing next-gen any time soon, but alas [emoji849]



I’ll probably do digital for The Show this year, breaking my streak of hard copies. I’m slowly getting integrated into the digital idea. It’s taken me some time. I’d say I’m about 50/50 on games being disc/digital at this point.

Before you know it you’ll be all digital. It’s just way too convenient, albeit a little more expensive to get new releases. Hopefully you don’t get robbed (literally) of your discs. That was the catalyst for me. I’ve got one PS4 disc (Singstar) and hundreds of digital games.

ps5, physical if possible -- the $100 edition because I think I'm gonna run DD from the start this year and give it an honest shot. I only got into it recently with the 11th inning program and realize that having everything to do at once with massively depressed card prices is a different experience than intended.

Jackie Robinson edition On Series X. Standard on ps5. Both physical. Can't wait to try out the stadium creator

Jackie Robinson Edition (digital) on Xbox Series X. I have always been a Playstation person, but Game Pass Ultimate was too good to pass up this generation. I gambled that this would be the year that The Show would come to Xbox, and I was relieved when the news broke.

It's going to be interesting to see what happens to opening sales due to the fact so many can't get ahold of of the next gen systems. I'm kinda torn on what to do because of this problem of being unable to purchase one.

Got my PS5 last week, pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe version off of the PS5 so hopefully, I will get the PS5 version. Thankfully for me, I have the entire early release weekend off so I will have full 72+ hours of time to get deep into my franchise!!

I get physical for anything I probably won't play in a year and that is definitely the case with sports games
