I don’t think it’s a confirmed no yet, but it’s almost definitely a no. We’d probably already know about it if the stadium vault were available to current gen. Current gen can’t handle the Create A Stadium feature, most likely includes downloading them as well.

I was particularly interested in the part that said "all stadiums can be edited." I presume that to mean that I could bring the left field gap in about 10 -15 feet in Comerica Park? Remove the tarps from seating areas in stadiums like Oakland and "Old Miami?" Maybe create a "pre 2004" version of Fenway without the seats on the Monster? Having a PS5 is at least a year or more away for me, but this still interests me quite a bit. I'd love to just make some minor tweaks here and there.

Man, the only thing holding this game back is not SDS' fault at all.

No one has a PS5 or an Xbox Series X. At all. Anywhere.

And I'm not paying through the nose for scalper prices.

So disappointed that create a stadium is only next gen. I don't buy that they couldn't do it on ps4 when other games including a baseball game did it on ps2.
I've bought this game every year since it came out on ps4. But will not buy it this year. No reason to, and that is very sad.

Theyve mentioned for YEARS that it was only something they would do in the next. Gen cycle and it looks like they were truthful to their word. I’m not sure how you can be disappointed and think they are flat out lying about something they’ve always said was going to be the case.

If it’s a game you buy every year, skipping this year because you made the decision to not go next gen is kind of being sour grapes but to each his or her own.

off-topic: in a way, the availability of next-gen consoles reminds me of Yogi Berra talking about a particular restaurant in New York that was so popular he said ''nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded''

on-topic: one thing Ramone said that gives me pause for notice is like the batting stance editor started a couple years ago, ''we have competitive balance measures to make sure you're only playing in stadiums that make sense...''
I totally get that with Diamond Dynasty, but not so much with offline play, hoping it's at least a little less restrictive

Love the Create a Stadium, but I’m interested in creating a Team now for Franchise, to match up with the Stadium feature for total immersion.

I need to check but I thought create a team in 20 was for only RTS, or DD. Hope I’m wrong.

I’m also wondering if SDS will step up the create a team a tad more..?

you can pretty much create a team in that you can rebrand an existing team and locate it where you want for franchise

Don’t want to be a pain, but I have no idea how to rebrand a team...if you could, without much effort, explain to me how it’s done (appreciate it)
Also would you have to rebrand before you start franchise or at the end of season to relocate? (Hoping not)
