Having minor league stats on player cards is great...doesn't look like you are able to shorten seasons in franchise. Does anyone person who is in shape and not just a sit down play video game guy who is 250 and soft really have time to play 162 game season? I'd say no. If so, time for some new hobbies. Hopefully, season mode is back in with adjustable season lengths. MTO may be the route to go.

I'm 6'3 195 run every day and have a physically demanding job and play all 162. Stop trying to shame people because they enjoy the game and the full MLB experience.

5’10 and a long distance runner and just finished my 162 games plus 18 playoffs games....all pitches no QC. Thanks to Y2Y save. That’s a big loss for me.

They should have probably explained in the stream why Y2Y was taken out. And if there are plans of putting it back in. Instead of letting people be mad and guess why it was removed. If they would have said, hey this is why we had to take it out, then we would have understood.

People aren't complaining about the mode being broken. We can all commend them for improving on the existing mode. But, nothing substantial was added.

Sure, created stadiums is HUGE, but that's a feature across multiple modes. All that was done this year was improving logic and making MTO a bit more exciting. As is, the mode really isnt that deep.

This is super foul. I am a former college athlete. I have a wife and a daughter and am an app developer for a big box store. I do cardio , usually playing bbal with a group in the morning. I lift weights during what would be my lunch break. Im usually done working at 4 or 5 . I pickup my daughter and spend time with her and my wife when she gets home. They are in bed and asleep by 8 and I have until about 12am to play video games. I have three tvs in my man cave so I can watch sports or whatever while im gaming. Usually I can knock out about 4 games a night. On Saturdays and Sundays, ill have a little more time to play.

If you're doing the math there, it'll take me about 2 months to complete a season. I usually get about 3 done during the games cycle.

But just had to break it down for you since you came to the conclusion that you have to be "fat" to complete a full 162 season lmao And a simple solution to wanting to "shorten: a season is to just simulate.

Some really cool stuff. Some great changes that look exciting. Any other year I'd be all on board. But with no Y2Y Carry Over and it doesnt even look like we can import rosters I'm just not sure its worth my $60.

If I was next Gen, it would be harder to resist with Stadium Creator. Though I would like to know if the created Stadiums can be used as AAA and AA Parks. It was not specifically said and I'm not taking anything for granted.

But I am impressed with what they have done. I just dont think it's a game for me this year
