I had both downloaded to my PS5 and deleted the PS4 one so yes you can have both on your console

I'm trying to remedy the situation digitally. PS5 wont's allow me to buy any of the digital deluxe versions b/c I already own the standard version (due to pre-order). Yet I can't find any edition as a PS4 only title. Am I missing something? Is the only way I can do this I have to buy a physical copy of the PS4 version? The PS5 game is absolutely worthless to me without SOTS.

To my knowledge, digitally, the only way to get another (deluxe) version is to somehow get a refund from PlayStation of the current version you have which would then allow you to buy the version with both PS4/PS5 versions of the game

I changed to the deluxe version yesterday. I used the chat support and explained that I wanted to upgrade. They removed the preload and refunded the money into my PSN account. I then ordered the deluxe and it shows 2 versions, PS4 and PS5.

this is just my opinion, but on ps5, the song selection they give you for your player is terrible, 3 pages with I think like 10 songs each. When I tried adding a cheer, it says no cheer has been recording, im hoping theres sone place to actually upload cheers and yeers. I just went directly to create a player

Have both versions of the game downloaded on PS5. SOTS is indeed not available on the PS5 version of the game. The PS4 version does have it. Played a partial game on both versions and honestly don't see much difference. Stadium creator seems cool but in my franchise I don't see myself using it. Going to be playing franchise on the PS4 version, as SOTS is a big thing for me.

Thanks a million for confirming. PS4 version has legit saved my heart and soul. SOTS is integral, and without it, my experience is just dull, for lack of a better word.

How do you download both versions on PS5? Or are you using both PS4 and PS5 consoles to do that?

There is definitely a difference in visuals. Especially on shoes and accessories and shoes. Also Dual Sense is a game changer on PS5. I’m torn. Hard to give up SOTS.

U really see the difference ? I don’t see it, even look at the OS video there is no visual difference. Haptic feedback is very meh also for me. SOTS and how smooth the ps4 version plays on ps5 it makes it easy to choose ps4 IMO

Graphical differences appear to be minimal, at most, for me. PS5's lighting may be a bit better but it's something I had to look really hard to even notice a difference, and that still may be all in my head.

Both games play very smoothly on PS5. One just happens to have SOTS and the other has stadium creator (which doesn't even have night games!). Unless I've missed anything else, it's all PS4 version for me.

The fact that the previous gen version is far superior to the next gen version is very damning.

Right there with you, after turning on HDR and Sharper mode for the PS4 version...wow does it look good and play great....and....SOTS!!!

This game is going to be incredible this year, the PS4 version that is. I’m just thankful we’ve found a way around this whole debacle.
