Really doubt the Mets dumped their blue road alternates. The black jerseys are only used on home friday night games, they are far from beeing a road alternate. (Not to mention the jersey they used are from the black top throwbacks and not a new one since theres no nike swish)

This is correct. I confirmed with someone who works for the Mets that those uniforms will still be used in 2022. Removing them is such a bad look for Sony. They really need a more dedicated team at this point.

Well, the good news is they put names on the Phillies and Royals' 70s throwbacks. And the Phillies 70s set is back to maroon, not red.

How about a deal - Cowboy gets his apologies from whoever for this year and they step back, and he cools down on posting the same list of jerseys for almost half of the posts in the thread.

But then that would mean that I can't also post multiple times about how I want the mid-90s Cubs "Cuba" jerseys in the game and I'm not sure how I would be able to live with that.

Out Mets road blue and it took
Years of complaining to get it back, now it’s gone again.

What o hate the most In sports games are things being removed no exuse on 2022 with data sizes

Kinda wild that Milwaukee still doesn't have a powder blue throwback in the game. Hopefully their city connect is powder blue so SDS has to give them a powder uni by default.

I like to play the World Series from various seasons had the Cubs made it, so yeah, the Brewers 1982 jerseys would be most appreciated.

Probably the old County Stadium would be a bit much to ask for.

So I decided to check out the special Jackie Robinson Day uniforms that were added to the game. They’re the basic home and road uniforms with a blue 42 on the back, and patches on the sleeve and caps. So my question is, if they’re able to put these in where patches appear on the jerseys and caps on a certain date, why can they not include post season patches on the sleeves and caps during the playoffs? There’s really no good reason this isn’t in the game.

The omission of the Detroit Stars uniforms is starting to rub me as a bit egregious. The Tigers wear them every year. Every year. Where are they?

And not to be that guy but in this political climate why we got uniforms from before the color-barrier was broke but no Negro League unis? Like where’s the diversity police on that?

Licensing issues? I can’t make it make sense in why we get “throwbacks” from 1912 the real team never wears and hasn’t worn since 1912 and we don’t get a uni they wear every season.

It's quite unfortunate that SDS has never added any Negro League uniforms. All Star Baseball 2004 (and I believe 2005) did have a small handfull.
