Astros revealed their city connect uniform today. Can we assume we’ll get it in the next patch, considering they added the Nats post release?

Ok, I’m going to steer this back on topic in a moment. I just want to address a few things…1) yes the astros will make it in, they are running a diamond dynasty program for their CC for the nats 2) yes they have to follow the style guide. Does it mean there’s an error? Sometimes, but rare. More often than not, the error comes from scea. I remember when they kept putting the current font on all pirates stuff (including the yellow 70s Sunday throwbacks) and not including the mariners Sunday cream when they were new and all the style guide police came out of the woodwork and this was one of the years I had access and put that to bed right then. 3) I’m anxious to see how they handle the pants of the astros cc with numbers cause they don’t have them on the Sox Sunday throwbacks.

It's not an issue of memory, they have to follow the MLB style guide for all current uniforms.

I'm not sure how they deal with throwbacks, but I'm pretty sure they're pretty strict about current stuff (which is why they removed stuff no longer being worn).

The undershirts and socks thing may also apply there, but I do agree that would be a nice touch.

I understand that. I was just saying the light blue jerseys with Rays across the chest could have been kept in the game as and moved to throwback. There's so many good throwback uniforms that aren't in the game. I don't begin to know all the inner workings when it comes to getting licenses for throwback uniforms and all that jazz. Just an observation.

I understand that. I was just saying the light blue jerseys with Rays across the chest could have been kept in the game as and moved to throwback. There's so many good throwback uniforms that aren't in the game. I don't begin to know all the inner workings when it comes to getting licenses for throwback uniforms and all that jazz. Just an observation.

I don’t know if it’s just a thing they do like “look here’s a new one” or they have to retire them for a bit or what. I also don’t get that they do things (since we’re talking rays) like wasting space for home alternate pants which are just the regular home pants. The navy or Columbia blue should just be paired with “home” and be done. Somebody like the cards should have an (away) alternate pant that triggers blue belts and is different than the away pants.

I don't know if this is the right place to put it, but can we get the Braves Team Color 3 changed from white to yellow? Yellow is one of the Braves official colors and should be represented as such.

You mean yellow or gold? The gold outline on the hats and jerseys are only to be worn during the first week (champions week) and when they have replica ring giveaways, which I think is 3 times total.

Yellow. It's listed as one of their official colors, even though it's only seen on the tomahawk logo (and Acuna's accesories).

A couple players are wearing yellow trim elbow and shin guards etc.. I didn't know it was an official color, I just thought it contrasted well to the other colors. As far as the game goes, if we had yellow as team 3 instead of white, then how would we get grey for road uniforms?

For certain teams when you apply team color 3 it will be white at home and gray when on the road. Just an fyi for those who didn't know this.

If I remember correctly there are 3-5 teams in the game that actually have a 3rd team color (when you apply team color 3) everyone else is white at home and gray on the road.

Also with team colors…years ago a team would declare a “color” and that would be applied to things like shoes (As being the only one choosing white). That rule was relaxed a few years ago. With this new agreement, I think it’s totally gone (even though rarely enforced), you may see any color anywhere…and it drove me nuts seeing a player like Cespedes in neon for the Mets. So don’t be surprised if a superstitious team does something or if more players reach into a color pallatte (Acuna, Franco, etc)

Royals Team Color 2 should be powder blue (same as the home alt jersey), NOT gold. The gold is not used for equipment, jerseys, etc. At all. As is, the Team Color 2 is a wasted option.

Gold is the Royals official secondary color, and there is gold on all 4 jerseys via the KC and MLB logos. Powder blue is only present on the alternates.

Also, Salvador Perez looks to be wearing royal blue and gold batting gloves today.
