That was the only reason I was wondering about the switch performance for those times when I travel. I just don't want to have to adjust back and forth alot between that and the console versions if it's that much of a difference.
Ahhhh gotcha I'll give it a go.

The thing for switch is it's hard for me to feel ok recommending it or deterring people from it. The actual in game functionality is very solid and I don't feel like im sacrificing a whole lot gameplay wise from my ps5 so for me that's a must buy.

The things I could see bugging someone but not me personally:

-jaggies on cut scenes and especially when the cameras pan the stadium are from bad to terrible.

-framerate drops significantly on most cutscenes. I'm not talking like kinda noticeably but chugging along bad

-crowds have been reduced to really low levels to help the framerate.

-graphics in general are decent for switch. I have a switch oled and the game looks better than I thought it would.

For a first time I think it's a great version and I actually find myself playing on switch more than me ps5 simply because the switch allows me to play a few innings here a few there. It really has been a great experience.

I also think it will only get better as the devs figure out switch capabilities. I had a switch a few years ago but sold it when sports games weren't quite there. Nba 2k wasn't very good back then but 2k22 is incredible. I was shocked to see hair physics existed in 2k22 switch version. They have come an incredibly long way since I played it last and I only expect the show to do the same.

I got a few more games in on the Switch and it's better than my first impressions. I like the idea of playing the Xbox One version on the phone via game pass but how does that work? I only have the Xbox One X....not the Series X so would I be streaming a cloud version of next gen or last gen? Also...I find it very hard to believe that I can get a better feeling streaming it than on the switch. The switch is very responsive but it is only 30fps. If you can stream the game from Game Pass I would think it would be more laggy than the switch...plus...you have to be connected. Having the switch allows you to play it offline...like on an airplane.

I don't know that I would recommend buying a switch for it. I bought a switch for my daughter so she could play Mario Kart and Animal Crossing. When she's not using it (which lately is more often than not) I can use it for free essentially.

I don't know. I'd love to try the Game Pass version. I have GamePass ultimate. What do I need to test this out? Can I try it with an xbox controller connected to my Galaxy S22? Also...will I be able to access my PS5/Switch cloud saved franchise with it?

Glad to hear 2K has improved! I had 2K18, even though it was solid it was still a huge difference. I saw it was on sale for $10 in the eshop so I bought it last night!

Yes, connect an xbox controller (as long as it's the newer ones with bluetooth capability) to your phone or tablet. Yes! You are able to access your cloud saves. It is the Xbox Series X or Xbox one version, it will be listed when you select it in the app.

I don't know how many people here play a custom teams franchise on the Switch however I've noticed an issue with the custom logos. The logos show up fine on the uniforms but I can only get 12 of the custom logos to show up on the match up page, the scoreboards and when checking the team stats comparison page. It's the same when checking league leaders, does not show the team logo, only 12 of them.

I went back to the first page when making a franchise, the one where you place teams in divisions and only the last 12 teams I place in the divisions stick (team logos). It may be a memory issue with the Switch as all is fine on my Series X.

I made a bug report to SDS some time back but I don't assume it will be fixed, if even it can be. Just wanted to check to see if anyone else had noticed or had this issue.
