Getting a lot of freezes when I try to download a stadium. Have to quit game as it gets hung up.

I’ve had this too and found a 100% workaround (so far). Save it to your system and then open. I keep one of my 30 slots open just for this so I can check out stadiums.

Take this with a grain of salt, but the two recurring details that I've seen with creators reporting the glitch are

1. PS5
2. Near max memory, usually from super detailed exterior

I have a 3rd suspicion that starting with a template may cause it to glitch back into that template but haven't substantiated that yet

I'm on XSS and haven't been able to replicate it to identify what's causing it. I use plenty of grouping so I doubt that one, and I always start my parks with blank canvas.

1. I think that may be right.
2. I've had it start happening around 50% sometimes with no exterior stuff done.
3. Could be the case as I have used a template everytime. The thing I would say that doesn't mesh with your statement is that it doesn't default to the template I used. It's random. I've had the same stadium default to different templates after I've gone to a backup to continue creating a stadium.

It won’t, at times, even let me into the stadium. I see the stadium, click on it….freeze.

Yes, I know I have the same problem. Find it in the vault then hit X or square depending on your system and save it *before* opening. That’s how I get it every single park to open for me.

I have noted in creating stadiums that, despite the extensive amount of objects, certain obvious things are missing, namely:

1. Street T intersections
2. Railroad tracks of various configurations.
3. The ability to attach entrance doors and walls to the outside surface of the field level grandstands.

I made a stadium centered around wall prop screens and I'm disgusted. I just realized that I could use a template stadium for the wall props but it's been hours into this thing already. I'm so damn disgusted.

Welp, I’m totally wiped out on this one. I know I’m not the only one - but literally hours perfecting my stadium for my Newark Eagles and it loads a generic. Went back and made corrections adding even more time downsizing the stadium so I don’t cap out; just did it again to me. This is a bit ridiculous at this point. What’s the point if users are putting in a lot of precious time into using this feature when the end result is data corruption and deletion; it’s redundant. As a consumer, I’d truly appreciate a fix ASAP. Push DD aside for a second and make this your focal point SDS.

Had my first one. I put the finishing touches on the outfield wall covering it with ivy. Looked great. Loaded a generic.

When I went into my saved stadiums it showed the photo of the stadium I had created….opened it…..generic.

Yeah dude - I’m in the same boat. I just realized this issue dates back to the beginning of April. They just released a patch that didn’t address it; that’s what’s crazy. It’s obviously not at the top of their priority list. I have no interest in playing the game anymore. I’m a huge fan of Bacons Fictional rosters - without Y2Y saves, he isn’t dropping a set for 22. I went ahead and customized an entire team along with new uniforms and a stadium. I’m really getting the “pushed aside” feeling being a franchise player right now. I want to go back to the good old days when you had to release a complete game in order to maximize profit.

After I finish my 1960's and 70's Tiger Stadium, want to take a stab at Navin Field, particularly in 1937. How tricky do you think it would be to do create the pointed Centerfield?

You’re doing an old Tiger Stadium?!?! I need that!! I can’t believe it’s not in the game already, it’s iconic!! I grew up in Detroit in the 80’s early 90’s and saw a ton of games there!!

Just had my stadium revert back to the template stadium even though it shows a picture of my created stadium.
That's kinda soul crushing to have a stadium you spent hours creating is just gone.
This makes me never want to use the stadium creator ever again.

So I noticed that if you create a stadium that is over 95% on the little memory card icon, it will most likely revert to a template stadium when you load in. So I try to make sure my stadiums are around 87% max. This also helps limit the shuttering in the game. Hope this helps
