Apologies for the dumb question, but how do you get the opening day roster? Is it just the latest live roster?

If I were to play a minor leaguer well above said potential, does that have any effect on him? Like, would this possibly increase his potential or will it remain at a D regardless of his season?

What ID is it under in the vault. The one in the game doesn’t look like him at all.

The one I uploaded was psn jakbomb97. It's a really good replica. I'm not crazy about the attributes. Im actually thinking of taking his sds ratings and adding +5 to all of them. If you move him to LF it's a +3 overall. I don't remember either, but make sure his batting stance is Andrew Knizner if it isn't already. That's the closest to actual stance.

A ton of prospects were removed with the last update. Any removed or added with this update from what you can tell?

Michael Harris was added to the Braves. He is their top prospect. He was not in this years game before yesterday.

How is he playing actual MLB games if he hasn’t filed the proper paperwork? If he can appear in real games, he or anyone else, should be able to appear in a video game.

A player does not have to belong to the union to play in the majors. But, to appear in The Show, he must be apart of the union. Or, he has to work out his own agreement with SDS. Which isn’t very likely.

Well it appears they keep adding and removing people with every update. Even players with face scans. Blake Walston (top 5 prospect for D backs, and first round pick) and Kristian Robinson were both available on the default roster with face scans, and both were removed from the roster. Not a really a fan of how they are doing rosters this year. Because of the 93 player limit they have to remove top prospects at the expense of the triple A and Double A roster to be correct.

How cool would it be if one day we could export SDS official players with scans. Would fix a lot of roster makers issues

Yeah 93 really starting to feel small this year, especially with so many scanned players.

I'm playing with default rosters and Blake Walston isn't in my roster. I wonder if he asked to be scrubbed completely from the game. apparently they made changes even the default roster because I was just going to keep Phillies SS Stott as a 300 pounder but the Studio managed to fix that on default

Using the 4/15 Live update roster. I noticed that simming through spring training (simming, not starting at opening day) the cpu designates a ton of players for assignments throughout spring and adds other players instead.

I edited Suzuki’s attributes to mirror the CAP I had downloaded. 73 was way too low for him IMO. I bumped him up to 85. Going to to some editing on Julio Rodriguez as well. He’s rated in the 60s.
