First off, we're not gonna tolerate insulting the developers. There are other steps that have to be taken other than just creating the player.

do we know that Cano has done his paperwork in time to be in the Show?
after all, it's a known fact Cano is a joke and it's much more likely Cano is the reason Cano isn't in the game, and not SDS
BTW FWIW I'm just fine with PEDdy-philes not being in my franchise

Didn’t call out anyone individually, just calling it as I see it. If I put out an incomplete product, I’d expect a little criticism from my customers. It’s just sad that there are people who are not paid by SDS who are scrambling and trying to give their customers the Franchise product that they should have delivered in the first place.

Yikes, yes too low. Ian Happ is a 78. Frank Schwindel is also a 78. Suzuki should definitely be higher than both those cats. Only 44 vision? Ouch ...

It's tough to project international players. If he plays well this year I'm sure they will update him, but it's just tough to say how well some skills will transfer from Japan. It's a different league

Of course, and I don't expect him to be too high with that in mind, but man...it's hard not to feel they low-balled him
Even if he doesn't live up to his numbers in Japan, there's little doubt he's at least as good as Ian Happ...or pretty much everyone on the Cubs lol.

If they're going to update rosters every couple weeks, at least boost him up to his current production, then they can always drop him down when/if he cools off...makes much more sense than starting him too low imo.

Because he’s a current starter for the Mets and some of us like having the actual starters on the team for the first season. He homered today. He’s started 5 of their 8 games so far. He’s going to be relevant this season, even if the Mets cut bait and take the $21 million dead money or whatever, someone will give him another go. Because he’s Robinson Cano. I think it’s very annoying that he isn’t in. Same for Dee Strange-Gordon. Or any other missing player who will be relevant this real life season.

If it’s that big of a deal for you then just get a CAP from the vault and adjust his ratings to your liking.

I did this with he and Suzuki and am well into my franchise already.
