Too many pitchers losing the strike zone since the patch. Too many for it to be a coincidence.

.. I've struggled with hitting as long as I've played this series. But I was on an absolute tear prior to the patch.

Offense on both sides has been absolutely non existent since this patch. That can’t be a coincidence. I really hate it when they start messing with gameplay.

I just beat the Mets with the Braves 18-1 on HOF with max pitch speeds. They haven't altered gameplay, minus foul ball coverage percentage which was only slightly lowered.

Rockies revealed their City Connect uniforms today and will be wearing them a week from tomorrow. So we'll probably be getting a new update early next week.

All I know is pre patch I was having a great variety of games. Slug fests, pitchers duels, a lot of hits with few runs. And the 12 or so post patch games neither team has scored more than 3 runs or gotten more than 8 hits in a game. It’s a shocker if either side his a ball hard enough to get it out of the infield. That’s not a coincidence.

And the 12 or so post patch games neither team has scored more than 3 runs or gotten more than 8 hits in a game. It’s a shocker if either side his a ball hard enough to get it out of the infield. That’s not a coincidence.

It is. I have still had a wide variety of games. My most recent franchise game I put up like 16 runs.

Same. I just hammered the A's 2 games ago. And Eloy Jimenez is on a tear with 5 HR's in the last 6 games.

If it is then it’s something that’s never happened in all my years playing this game. I know there are ups and downs but it’s a bit strange that both sides just go completely quiet on offense for a 2 week stretch the day a patch is released. I hope it is a coincidence. But it just seems strange to me.

Gameplay has been the same for me since the patch as the games have had the same variety as they did prior to this patch.

I have everything on default all star. Going to try a slider set later and see if I can see a difference.

I do default All-Star too, and I’ve had the same variety as I did before the patch. I haven’t had many insane offensive explosions (probably because after years and years, I still swing at way too much junk I shouldn’t be, haha) but I rarely did before the patch. A good amount of runs and hits though - the game still feels good to me.
