I don’t think it’s a bug, I believe I read or watched something that SDS stated that they was wanting more strikeouts but I really wish they would tone it down some. I’m playing Legend and have AI contact at 7, power at 6 and solid hits at 6. Trying to find something to slow do the K’s.

Also I had runners on first and second no outs and laid down a decent bunt, defense went to second but runner was safe and runner was safe at first but it was scored a fielders choice.

Not really a bug, and I get why its still in the game, but unless you are playing old school baseball, No one pitches out anymore. Its just a high or high outside pitch.

Starting pitchers are barely throwing any pitches to get through simmed games. Often, guy will be 38 pitches thru 5 innings. It happens a lot.


Anyone else seeing this?

PS4 - same issue last year; Computer will show two guys warming up in their bullpen and even the announcers will make a reference then bring in someone who was not warming up.


"Light Tower Power" - shout out to the guys with less than 50 career home runs who have "Light Tower Power" this year. I rarely heard this from the announcers last year unless the guy was actually a power hitter, this year it is being used very generically.

Once again if u get into the 80 plus games played the loading screen hangs for 5 mins or longer. Anyone on PS4 can't load into league at all.
I have tested a DD version on all 30 teams and 7 game series each this happens around 80th game.
I have tested normal MLB series league with 30 teams but all 3 game series and does the same exact thing.

I posted this is in the wrong thread..should've been here but since the update today or yesterday...I am through 3innings and I've yet to see the blue circle when using auto fielding. Has anyone else noticed this? The notes in the update didn't specifically say this was fixed but so far I've not seen it like it was before this patch.

It doesn’t appear when you do full auto. Only auto field/manual throw. Still there.

The standings in the franchise ticker is spoiling results. It will show scores of games as they’re happening, but when they show the standings the games behind spoils who is going to win. Not a big deal but definitely not something I want to see if I’m in a tight race

The more you play the more you find.

These guys should have previews setup where the people that buy this game can help them test.

Then again, when you are more focused on getting the Negro league going instead of repairing your base game I guess the ole $$$ is more important than fixing a game that now exceeds over $100 ( based on version ). I think the Negro league is just flat out Cool but not at the rest of the games expense.

I started a game with every team and still NO WIND.

Game says pitching timers are in the game? I've never seen it. Anybody else find this?

If I hear Singleton say "ya know" one more time I'm gonna flip out.

So I know it sounds like I'm bitchin and I am but it's more just being frustrated. SDS issues a new game every year and it never is totally exhausted of any errors. I would be up to buying next years game if they simply said they added no more features and will focus on a bug free game.

Nope every game has no wind. I even have the slider jacked to the max. Nothing.


I uninstalled and resinstalled.


No wind.


Now if every game was played in Tropicana Field...........

Make sure you have game mode set to simulation. I don't know for sure, but I don't think there is wind on competitive mode.
