    * Team success
    * Day of week
    * Time of first pitch
    * Weather

    You can go into the GAME LOG from the pause screen and see the attendance for the game.
    I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

    I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

      I believe the opponent factors in as well.

        all I wanna know is which of the three different attendances documented is the official attendance: the one in the log after the game is over, the one Boog gives in the 8th(?) inning, or the one the PA announcer gives after the game.
        dunno why this has proved to be too difficult to have all 3 match

          I usually go by the game log after the game. If you look at it during the game it gives the current attendance at the time. After a rain delay or blow out, you’ll see the number lower. Or in Dodgers Stadium, you see the number go up as you play as people arrive late. But after the game is over, the number goes back up. So I assume that is the official attendance.

            Attendance never made sense in Franchise mode in The Show. You could be 45-15 against the next best team in the league on a Saturday evening and there's not even half the seats filled.

              Me too. The attendance is dynamic during the game. I usually check attendance after the first pitch. If you check it say mid game you will see a more current attendance. 8th inning will usually reflect attendance in the 8th. As Byranm said, the attendance behaves differently at Dodger Stadium.

              I don't believe attendance or length of game has ever been correct from the PA announcer

                Rivalry games will always be sold out, or close to it. At least from what I've seen.

                  I use the one in the log. It pops in as soon as the first pitch is thrown.

                  I have been tracking attendance in my franchise out of curiosity. So I go by that as being the true number.

                    They do. Take a bottom of the barrel team and load up a franchise series against the Yankees or Dodgers and the place will be sold out

                      You better than me, I think i gave up on this. The funniest is Ramone’s justification few years ago where it is a live count on attendance, that’s why we see variations.

                      Next time I go see a game, better check if they don’t stick an RFID on my butt at the gate.

                        Tigers still drawing way too many fans. Like they still have them pegged as the team with Verlander, Sherzer & prime Miggy or something. Tigers don’t draw dick and haven’t for five years. 30,000 for a Tuesday afternoon game in April, gimme a break.
                        Just one man’s opinion.
                        I don’t actually care about any of this.

                          Re: Franchise Attendance?

                          Does attendance correlate to budget increases or decreases based on fans drawn?

                          And more specifically, I've shied away from using custom stadiums with under 20,000 capacity in my rebrand franchise as I didn't want that team to be at a budgetary disadvantage and unable to make as much money as those teams with 45,000+ capacity .. but, is this actually a factor?

                            Likewise, load up a franchsie between two last place teams in September and the place will be close to empty.

                              I feel like there are still too many fans visible for a 10,000-attendance game at PNC Park. The stadium needs to seem emptier in my opinion.
