Either do it or don't. All moments if a game are potentially big and game deciding. Late innings aren't any more important than what happens in the 1st inning.

I’ve had more people this year tell me about a game they watched, or a recent happening in MLB than I can remember in the last half decade at least.

The last time I took my kids to a game it was an over 4 hour game and they were ready getting restless after 2.

Also, catering to casual baseball fans isn't a bad thing. MLB needs casual fans to come to games as well. Especially younger, casual fans.

Same here. 36 years old and I love the pit clock.

Different generation but when I was a kid Steve Trachsel was known as the human rain delay.

People are worried about it running a big money late in games when there's been less than 1 violation per game. It's not even noticeable.

Im still trying to figure out how a pitcher could call his own game with this pitch clock. You have no time to shake the catcher off.

But yea, i agree. If it jacks up a playoff game all heck will break loose

Original question asked and answered - since we're moved onto discussion not about the game I'm going to close this.

Remember - there is always the actual baseball forum to discuss these kind of things if you'd like to.
