Where's the improved bullpen logic? This has been a problem for as along as I can remember.
Where's the improved trade logic? Or CPU roster management?
Where's the improved Stat tracking/historical stats/career stats?
What happened to fleshing out the rest of the crowd models?

Believe it or not, the casuals don't care a lick about these things, and they make up the core consumer. So from a marketing standpoint, it would make no sense to tout about that stuff, whether they were working on it or not.

Of course, one look at the facebook page and all the comments are about the player models, so that should hopefully show SDS they have messed up by continuing to push this out for PS4.

I still cannot believe that when my wife surprised me with a PS5 Christmas 2020, that this is what I’d be looking at from my favorite game in 24. My lord…

Bring back any competition please! I’d spend 100 dollars on any other baseball game just to put some pressure on this dev team. What a disappointment…

Considering they make enough money off of the last gen versions to justify still putting them out, I doubt that some mean comments on Facebook are showing them much of anything.

This game must be made by Congress. They don't fix what's broke now to save solutions for next year.

A 30 second trailer with about 15 seconds of footage we have already seen. Not to mention Jeter’s jump throw was literally used in the gameplay trailer last year lol. SDS has to be trolling at this point or maybe we’re in for a nice surprise soon. …

Im curious about the hair thing.

NBA 2k has monthly player updates where they basically change players long hair from static to free flowing. So seeing as how they haven't mentioned it, I am wondering if its only select players whose hair will benefit from these changes in MLBTS.

I do have to give credit to ppl on here who predicted that the gameplay "reveal" was so late this year because it was largely unchanged. I don't really have an issue with gameplay but it does make it hard for a AAA game creator to justify you spending the extra $70 when they can realistically say "gameplay is perfect so we didn't change anything".

I usually purchase every year just for the updated face scans but I wonder what is even the motivation for a lot of us on here to even purchase this years game? Didn't touch gameplay, graphics, player physics or models...
Like basically they're saying the game is going to look and play the same as last year.

Especially without y2y saves, it seems like all you're missing out on is the Jeter and negro league storylines. And those aren't like time sensitive so we can just buy the game when it's half price to do that.

Just judging from NCAA Football which took 4 years to make AND already had the Madden football engine.... I think it is too far gone for a competitor to arise. If they started today, It might not be ready for launch until PS7.

I'm curious if they added additional animations for outfield play in regards to dives and plays up against and near the wall. They've added new ones in each of the past two versions, so hoping that trend continues. Some of the dives and plays against/near the wall look odd and seem as though a new/better animation should play out in its spot.

So if they could implement what i just got to experience for the 1st time was in Nhl 24 at the trade deadline it stopped and took me into a realtime countdown of the final 24 hours before the deadline a clock would tickdown and they have a snappy special trade deadline menu up with all of the target or available players and teams offer you deals in real time but you have to be quick ( but maybe too fast this part goes)and you make your moves before its over. this was really cool and and i dont see why the show couldnt do this since the scouting has started to improve why not the trade deadline? cuz mlb network and espn both have there trade deadline coverage shows cuz its a big deal. id love to see this

Logic has been a key word for Ramone for years. Bullpen logic…especially when cpu is losing is very poor. The trailer didn’t show much new…cool to see hair moving…that’s a little thing we all like. Kingdoms is in…slight difference to the font on gameplay stats. I am keeping my hopes up.

I like the idea of franchise…not many people playing 162. Would love season mode back in…ability to adjust season and inning length…that likely won’t happen. Would love them to expand on the GBL in DD…that would be a nice addition to play multiple seasons. I feel some changes are coming to MTO…would like the quick count option for that mode.

Happy to hear pitching seems to be more challenging. They definitely need to improve on stat tracking. They improved that in 16 and haven’t built upon that.

Because that's not really a gameplay thing. The in game bullpen logic was mostly fine for me in 23. It could be tweaked a little, but overall it was a lot better than 21/22. It was the simulation logic that was the issue. And that would be covered when they go over Franchise/MTO
