What can I say this is hands down the best sports gaming site around. I spend more time on here reading during my work day then anything else i do during the day. gets tiring arguing with people over opinions. So best way I figure to stop is to not be part of the problem but part of the solution. And not be involved and just talk to those who want to talk sports.

I saw a youtuber who claimed to have first hand info from SDS say that you can create women and import them to franchise but otherwise they won’t be there. No mention of rtts outside for the women pave the way mode.

That is cool if you can. Just thinking of some of the great roster people we have around here I can almost guarantee we will see a roster built after league of their own or something to that affect. I am excited to see what the great roster minds come up with.

It's cool women have the option, I just hope we get the option to not be blindsided say 5 years in a Franchise. I don't want to have to look through every team every year lol. Yeah, hopefully Sony will confirm. The last thing we want is wild goose chase hunting down players who dont exist. I wonder if in the Search for Player function, you can hunt by gender.

I think people are more concerned about this because both golf games allow women to compete in the PGA Tour and nothing can be done to exclude them.

Another game I play, Rugby Challenge 4, had this problem as well with women players just showing up during your season with no notice. The developers had to issue a couple of patches to fix it.

I mean that was a real league so I am sure you can find all the teams and names.

I dont think they had 30 teams so that is why we need custom leagues

So it's not real life. Let them add the women in franchise. "it's a different universe", stop trying to replicate real life.


But having women pop up in free agency list that you can just edit to a 0 rating is ruining immersion? but not every cpu team setting a lineup like the '99 Yankees and managing their bullpen like a little league team?

Depends how they put them in the game. If they are put in like legends then you can when starting franchise turn off legends as FA and they are gone. If they are in as just random players you can either edit them or if not possible you can do 30 team control. Keep in mind that last year negro league players were NOT allowed in franchise. One of the two for sure females is in the game is from negro league storylines so if it stays the same she will not be in.

The point is some people don't want to be forced to spend a lot of the little free time they may have editing everything down they don't want. I don't want to spend the little free time I have going through every off-season editing down new prospects that's not fun. What's fun is the option do to it when I want to and not do it when I don't want to.
