Hold on, when I complain about all the issues with franchise that make it unrealistic, ppl always tell me "its a different universe, its not real life" lol

So it's not real life. Let them add the women in franchise. "it's a different universe", stop trying to replicate real life.


But having women pop up in free agency list that you can just edit to a 0 rating is ruining immersion? but not every cpu team setting a lineup like the '99 Yankees and managing their bullpen like a little league team?

Its different strokes for different folks. We are just commenting on the original posters question. Far as I know he was never commented anywhere else on what to do. He wants realism asked how to accomplish that.

Depends how they put them in the game. If they are put in like legends then you can when starting franchise turn off legends as FA and they are gone. If they are in as just random players you can either edit them or if not possible you can do 30 team control. Keep in mind that last year negro league players were NOT allowed in franchise. One of the two for sure females is in the game is from negro league storylines so if it stays the same she will not be in.

I would love for all 3 of those to be optional. At least that way when I do want to mix it up I can and when I just want a straight MLB I can do that as well. Customization is always key. It would be awesome if you had the option to mix and match when you want to, but also when you don't. I would love that in every game because Customization is king.

The point is some people don't want to be forced to spend a lot of the little free time they may have editing everything down they don't want. I don't want to spend the little free time I have going through every off-season editing down new prospects that's not fun. What's fun is the option do to it when I want to and not do it when I don't want to.

I also don't want to manage all 30 teams but they give me no choice. just saying 1. No one said or set an expectation that they were in franchise. They talked about adding women and didn't say they will be in your franchise too.

The PGA ARCADE game where you start as a 64 overall and buy power ups is a weird parallel to compare to an MLB game. Fifa and NBA 2k would be better comparisons and women didn't infiltrate their franchise.

Point is , even if they add women to franchise, it's just going to be more editing. It's not going to "ruin" franchise like the terrible lineup and bullpen management do.

Because they are wasting time still making it on the old gen consoles. I'm pretty sure soon we will be getting the next gen then they wasted all this time not improving the game the way you pointed out.

Maybe this opens the door for a softball league mode as well. It would be cool to replicate a mixed softball league I play in some years I'm able to.
