Last year's was not too much better, but yeah, it definitely needs a little more green to make it look like a proper teal.

Been looking at the uniforms as a whole some more, and for some reason the name and number on the back of the jersey as well as the logo/script and number on the front of the jersey all have this metallic shine to it in-game. IRL, there seems to be now metallic shiny aspect on the uniforms besides the hat (at least in the link you shared).

Here's how the front logo looks (notice the lack of metallic shiny finish)

All these tiny details unfortunately were done wrong by SDS, but I at least the big picture is there? Just sucks there seems to be more inaccuracies in these new uniforms by them than past new uniforms

Judging by the real life pics they need to be off white instead of cream. During the uniform reveal it seems like they looked more cream than what they do now. I don't know if it was lighting or if something changed at the last minute. I also could be wrong because I don't have it in front of me and I'm going off of memory. I feel like the Diamondbacks in this game have something wrong with their uniforms, or the color combination(TC1, TC2) every single year.

The Dbacks own website says the unis are off white, not cream, and the striping is teal. SDS has teal as a color option.

The crazy part is they patched the Dbacks already this year but not these things.

I do appreciate that SDS will update the errors. I remember not too long ago they’d say “we don’t patch art,” and you’d have the errors all year.

Thank you for this... My Orioles have their new Stance Socks attached to their Batting Practice Uniforms home and away.

Was just messing around in the uniform selection screen and noticed that the actual Stance socks that I believe most Dodgers use (mainly thinking of Betts and CT3) are actually in the game, but are tied to the BP Home/Road pants. The default Stance socks for the regular Home/Road pants are ones I don't think I've ever seen worn IRL (correct me if I'm wrong Dodger fans), so this is a nice work around for now. Hopefully SDS will also change these Stance socks too so we don't have to do this workaround

Todays update fixed:

1. Nationals new alt now has the correct color stars
2. Cubs ‘94 away cap and helmet is now correctly with red brim
3. Reds “Mr. Red” alt buttons now are correctly red and socks are now red
4. Brewers city connect navy blue accents now are darker
5. Diamondbacks cream jersey now has red sleeves, belt, and socks
6. Diamondbacks black alt now has black sleeves and socks
7. Diamondbacks grey jersey now worn with black sleeves
8. Diamondbacks batting helmets are now glossy
9. Diamondbacks shade of red I think looks better? Wondering what others think
10. Dodgers ad patch added
11. Padres navy ‘99 socks are now correct
12. A’s 1955 socks are now correct
13. Rangers home uniform with red cap now has red belt

Definitely a very good update from SDS!

They still need to fix the Braves CC batting helmet. The brim should be white like the 1972 helmets instead of blue.

I thought they get the color codes from the style guide. Not sure if the style guide is a different shade than what they see in lighting or they don’t pull the exact color from there.

Or it could be the lighting in the game makes the color look different.

As I said, Teal is a color option in the game. The website says the piping is teal. It is not teal no matter what lighting you use.

Cream is very different from off-white. I don't know what a style guide looks like but I know that the unis look like IRL and in the game.

It's like I said in an earlier post, it seems like something is always wrong with the DBacks in this game. Mainly because they use so many combinations of uniforms IRL that it's hard to keep up with.

Why do the Yankees new road uniforms look so light? They’re supposed to be the same shade of grey, just without the white piping on the letters and the shoulder stripe. But they look almost cream or off white color in game, especially if you compare them to the 2023 road uniform. It’s nearly identical. Yet somehow they changed the shade of grey.

Used them in Minute Maid with the roof closed and it looks terrible. Guess it’s worse cause of the lighting, but they’re definitely a different shade. I used the 2023’s in the same settings and they actually look grey. They should be the same shade of grey, regardless of the insane problems they have with sweat.

The new ones remind me of pajamas for some reason. lol

But you're right the shade of gray shouldn't have changed. They should be exactly the same as they've always been minus letter/number outlines and the sleeve stripe.

The color codes don't necessarily translate to in game with the lighting. MLB 2k used to always use the official color codes, and all of the blues were terribly off. Modders had to use MUCH darker shades to get the colors to work.
