So, will commentary and presentation updates be available in a preexisting Franchise Mode? It should be, right?


Also, if there is a player likeness update, can that be in a Franchise Mode all ready in progress?

If the player previously had a scan, then yes the likeness update will be included. They use the same player ID for those. If a player didn’t have a scan and they add it later, then it won’t since the ID is different (old one looks at it as a CAP instead).

I know commentary is hit or miss for some people, but the tid-bits and specific lines for players is really well done IMO. I’m hearing new lines for certain players almost every patch at this point.

What lag are you talking about? I haven’t run into anything this year, but I know last year there were some issues at certain stadiums during certain lighting conditions.

I wish they would fix the left center field jut at Camden Yards. You hit a ball in the corner there and the balls come flying back out in the air to the centerfielder. It's not like it hit the wall and bounced back, it rolls into the corner and like a rocket jumps out right int the fielder's glove.

What lag are you talking about? I haven’t run into anything this year, but I know last year there were some issues at certain stadiums during certain lighting conditions.

I see it about once every ten pitches, there arent any specific scenarios that trigger it. I’m on PS5. I’ve tried playing with the controller always plugged in and tried playing without being connected to the internet but neither help. The entire animation sequence plays out slower than usual from the time the pitcher starts his windup until the pitch is completed then next pitch everything is normal

Wow this is something I haven't seen at all, game runs smooth as butter. You say it's not your internet connection, could it be your tv?

I’ll try and mess with the tv settings, that’s the one thing I haven’t done. The game was smooth at launch but at some point in the last month or so it started with the lag

Alejandro Kirk is thinner than Vladdy Jr in this game now!!! Makes no sense he is 5'8 245lbs. Vladdy is 6'2 245lbs
Kirk's body size was good before patch now he has an athletic build

Rebuilding the database didn’t help but switching to game mode seems to have fixed it. Very strange that it just started happening a month ago and not right when I got the game. Hopefully this fixes it permanently
