Re: MLB the show needs a new graphics engine.

This thread seems to have derailed quite a bit, but based on the product that Konami recently released for the Ps5, it's safe to say that the show isn't pushing the boundaries of the graphics engine of the console by any stretch. And as a show purchaser since 2006, I can say without hesitation that if the next iteration doesn't improve the graphics exponentially, I'll be on ebay buying that other product. Put simply, the show is stale and no longer worth an annual $70 investment.

MLB the show needs to bring back y2y saves in franchise.

I often wonder how much better the Show would look if they could focus on the same amount of teams as Konami does with the Japanese League.
        T-BONE.

        Talking about things nobody cares.

Then people would complain that it’s stale and boring because they don’t have minor leagues or all MLB teams, which to be honest would give me a good laugh. Can’t please everyone.

I agree. I'm not interested in A and AA teams. The game in itself is stale and the graphics are simply PS3 caliber.

Maybe it’s because I work in a client facing environment and I’ve seen people act like real *******s over the littlest thing, so I take that and think “how would I feel if someone just started yelling and attacking my work ethic” when either myself or someone I’m working with are trying hard to do a good job and someone just isn’t happy with something while other clients are very happy.

Criticism is absolutely fine and applauded, but just using the excuse that “someone is lazy” is a lazy form of criticism IMO. It’s better to provide constructive feedback and voicing frustrations without making it personal.
Best post I've seen on here.

Also, I encourage people to remember , regardless of their lack of innovation or improvements to the game, regardless of the "laziness" of the devs or the company refusing to hire extra devs/art/etc to help ...... they still charge us the same 69.99 or 100 dollars if you want early access.
