It is my understanding that the problem effects not only stadiums uploaded from prior versions but also stadiums made with this year's game as well if they are uploaded to the vault.

Yeah nothing says we are completely baffled as to why this is happening, and honestly probably can’t fix it. And even if we could it wouldn’t be worth our time…. Like that statement right there.

The sad part is I wouldn’t be surprised if stadium creator was completely removed next year. They really don’t care about it at all

Exactly. They spent two whole dev cycles building it out before it released for the first time a few years ago. They aren’t going to just ditch it because of that, especially with how many stadiums have been posted to the vault.

I agree it won't be removed. But I don't think whatever is going on this year is going to be an easy fix, if there's a fix at all. I can see all of those previous stadiums being lost at least for this year.

This here. Wipe it clean. There are way too many absolutely useless stadiums anyway.

I think you are all way to cavalier in the “it won’t be removed” camp. Just a couple of years ago EA NHL removed all TV style presentation from their video game because it was causing endless syncing loops and they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. So they just removed it completely and it still hasn’t come back. FIFA a couple of years ago removed full presentation from their game and only brought it back this year due to the uproar it caused within their “career mode” community. There is an endless list of features that people were sure would never be removed from their favorite vide game but ultimately were. If the fix was easy they would’ve implemented it by now. There is zero chance they didn’t know about the problem prior to release of the game

Some folks have put a lot of hours into creating these stadiums. And for some, this would be the 3rd time they would have to make a stadium from scratch.

Completely understand that, but if it’s the only option?

If they do delete the stadiums are the ones we have saved to our hard drive going to be deleted, or just if they have been uploaded to the vault?

But the feature still works, at least my understanding, if you create a stadium from scratch in ‘25.

It’s only stadiums that are from previous versions that are not working.

If indeed that is the case, then the choice to remove the feature would be overkill. Just have to deal with rebuilding from scratch in ‘25 and hoping that importing from the vault is working in ‘26

I believe if you create a stadium in MLB 25 you maybe can use it. You just cannot share it with others via the vault.

Further to my message, I know that persons creating stadiums they wish to share are currently creating them in MLB 24 and uploading them with the hope that if and when the stadium vault issues are solved they will be available for MLB 25.

As for the comment about there being so many stadiums in the vault, I remember that the first year, due to stability issues, users would make multiple saves. There are also instances when users will tweak or improve their stadium and upload the new version. However, there is no mechanism for users to delete from the vault old versions of stadiums which have been superceded. If that capability were added users could delete their old versions instead of them remaining as "dead wood" in the vault. Of course such mechanism must insure that no one can delete another user's stadium. Maybe that would help.

You can. I posted previously that user ID smonee uploaded autozone park (2025). I have not tried to play it yet but it downloads properly, has proper attendance and elevation and image.
