Re: Whats Your Squad Look Like?

I've been tweaking the lineup a lot so I am going completely off memory.

C - Gary Sanchez. I would go with Francisco Cervelli or Wilson Ramos and just sell Sanchez, but, I think he will become a high gold later and want to sell when value is higher.

        1B - Jose Abreu

2B - Matt Carpenter...looking to replace him...pulled an Odor today. I just don't hit well with Carpenter and he's selling for over 6k right now

3B - RIGHT NOW it is Hanley...but I am probably going to pull the trigger and replace him with Miguel Sano

SS - Villar (reward card that I can't sell)

LF - Matt Kemp...sweet swing and just keeps getting on base ATM

CF - Kevin Kiermaier...never replacing..****ns down everything and I'm a homer so he isn't going anywhere

        RF - Carlos Gonzalez

        Top SP - King Felix
Top RP - Alex Colome (another homer pick)

On the bench I have Schwarber, Griffey (rookie card), Blackmon, Cervelli and Morneau

I just completed the first step in the Rays collection so I also have 74 Wade Boggs, planning on adding Longo and Archer to my DD squad so I can complete the set and grab the 87 Garza and then work on the EPIC to grab the 93 BJ Upton (2008 playoff card...he was still BJ then lol).

I figure and OF with both Kiermaier and Upton patrolling the ground, I can effectively limit the opponents ability to get anything into the gaps lol

Re: Whats Your Squad Look Like?

Mainly playing vs CPU at the moment for the Team Epics.

          In batting order:
          1. Dee Gordon 2B - newly acquired, was looking for some speed up top. Replaced Neil Walker (.213 Average, 3 HR, 4 RBIs) who was batting at 6
          2. Andrelton Simmons SS - .373/2/8 - A beast in the field, and great at getting on base.
          3. Anthony Rizzo 1B - .333/13/25 - My favourite hitter so far this year, play a lot in Chase Field, and he just bombs it. Previously had McCutcheon and Griffey ahead of him in the lineup, think with Gordon and Simmons, those RBI numbers might explode.
          4. Andrew McCutcheon RF - .397/4/7 - Previously the lead off guy, now moved in to the cleanup spot. Was my loyalty reward.
          5. David Peralta LF - 2015 Breakout Card I got from completing my gold starter mission, replaces Hardware Chris Coghlan (.214/1/2) who was struggling both at the plate and in the outfield.
          6. Ken Griffey Jr CF - .290/0/3 - Preorder Rookie Card, struggling to get any consitency with him. Kiermaier and Yelich waiting in the wing if I continue to struggle with Junior at the plate, can't fault his play on defence though.
          7. David Wright 3B - .375/3/10 - 2004 Rookie Card, clutch hitter at the bottom of the order. Batting at .500 with RISP
          8. Brian McCann C - .194/2/3 - 2005 Rookie Card being used to tally stats for Griffey Jr Diamond Program, very hit and miss and likely will get replaced with Sanchez once the Rookie Stats are in.

          Bench:
LF Chris Coghlan - Moved to the bench - keeping him around as he's a Hardware Card and have a Daily Mission for him at the moment
CF Christian Yelich - Supposedly good contact but batting at .000 at the moment from 4 Pinch Hits
SS Trevor Story - Love his power, batting at .500 of his 4 Pinch Hit situations
1B Eric Hosmer - 25th Man on the roster used sparingly at present - would probably have him at 1B if it wasn't for Rizzo, Neil Walker might come in for him on the bench
CF Kevin Kiermaier - Batting .600 as a Pinch Hitter including 1 HR and 2 RBI. My go to pinch hitter. His Fielding and Speed an upside that might see him getting a start if I continue to struggle with Griffey (would probably be starting at LF if it wasn't for getting that Peralta card)

          Rotation
Jon Lester - 1-0 on 2 Starts, 0.00 ERA, 25K - Pulled in one of my Preorder packs
Felix Hernandez - 3-0 on 4 starts, 2.25 ERA, 24K - Another pitcher pulled in my preorder packs (got very lucky).
Tom Seaver - 1-0 on 1 Start (Extra Innings), 2.00 ERA, 12K - Picked him up as a Legend pitcher to help with the Warren Spahn Player Epic mission, his own spotlight mission is 12K in a Complete Game (which he achieved) but not allowable as Extra Innings, my aim is to eventually get that for him.
Marcus Stroman - 0-1 in 1 Start (Conquest - 1IP), 18.00 ERA, 1K - Probably the one guy on my rotation I'm not comfortable with in DD despite playing well with him in a Play Now game. Rookie Scherzer and AllStar Michael Wacha close to replacing him.
Chris Tillman - 3-3 in 7 Starts, 3.62 ERA, 45K - Diamond Starter mission, 55K away from completing that mission, like pitching with him but don't expect him to see much time in my squad once his mission is complete.

          Bullpen:
Jim Palmer - 3-1, 0.82 ERA, 43K, 22 IP - Was my Gold Starter Mission, really like pitching with him, his 65 stamina helps him go for a few innings from the LRP spot.
Hunter Strickland - 2 Saves, 0.00 ERA, 5K, 3 IP - An unofficial closer with that laser of a fastball.
Carter Capps - 1 Save, 0.00 ERA, 3K, 1 IP - another alternate closer, again with an exceptional fastball.
Sean Doolittle - 1-0, 0.00 ERA, 2K, 2,2 IP - used infrequently at present, but his left arm makes him a good alternative
David Robertson - 1 Save + 1 Blown Save, 13.50 ERA, 2K, 1.1 IP - had a blown save in Conquest mode in Coors Field.
Also have Joaquin Benoit and Zach Duke who have been used for 1 innings between them so far.
