Just an FYI as soon as the draft is over for any showdown look at the bottom left and it will show the logo of the team for the final boss (ie Dodgers for Price). You know before you even play your first mission so you can begin to draft accordingly.

Bottom left is where it is?? Dang! I thought it was supposed to be on the icon ON the Final Showdown icon and they just patched it out lol

Easier? Yes. But I still lost my first attempt of the NL because I could not seem to make good contact off Brusdar Graterol. At least I made it to the final boss and did not lose stubs in the process.

Everything is easier for sure and I'm not complaining but it's nice to see the CPU will still foul of 13 pitches and then hit a HR on a Sinker above the zone in Moments where you can't allow a run

Both new Showdowns are insanely easy relative to the others. Being on Veteran throughout and having runners on base to start makes it way better especially since you can steal bags at will.

Played through each of the AL and NL once and had Urquidy and Brown as the final bosses. In the NL I had my first ever perfect Showdown run going 15-15 heading into the final. So yeah it is for sure easier. These will be nice to grind.

Just an FYI you can now exchange Stage 1 vouchers for TA packs. 5 vouchers gets you 3 TA packs.

Tried the NL Stage 2 one.

I completed 10 out of the first 12. Lost the last showdown 15-14. I lined into three double plays at first base.

For sure is easier, i took my time etc and STILL lost. It took me around 2 plus hours or so to finish. It was nice to get like 10k in XP a pack or two, but in the end i didn't get the vouchers and wasted my time. I could of been to an all star break and had 30 points towards one of the teams i had at 70 already. SIGH

But seriously, lined into all those double plays, just unreal.

I finished my MTO with the Mets beating the freaking Yankees in the World Series 4-1. Which allowed me to quickly unlock the Mets card. And I beat the fn Yankees in their stadium. Jerk faces. ,

Tried the NL Stage 2 one.

I completed 10 out of the first 12. Lost the last showdown 15-14. I lined into three double plays at first base.

The lineout to first into a double play needs to be shot into space. That animation and hit result has killed many controllers

I was so pumped up, beat 10 of 11 going into the final round only down 5 etc. Then just started lining out left and right and then all those double plays. I mean I was smashing the ball, even with those double plays its still unreal that i lost.

I went to bed around 1:15am. My wife rolled over and was like whats wrong? LOL. I told her what happened and why I was heated.. She was like jesus, go to bed. LOL

Sounds like Brown, Rolison and Graterol are the three options for NL.

I played through 1 yesterday and it was so incredibly easy. went in 15-15 and Larkin homered on first pitch and that was that.
