Maybe even be able to communicate with other players. And be able while on the field to watch the game and not know when a ball is coming to you. When your on deck have the ability to practice swing.

This would take a lot of space i know but in a few years maybe.
Again not the only option keep the option to do the rtts that we have now or the one i explained.

lol damn did u miss my comment, aka same RTTS idea, aka same VIEW, aka rite b4 you, just sayin thats all.

        AMAZING detail and ideas

but heads up......the sun does not set in any major league park over center field....otherwise you would have a 'sun delay' every night in the summer.

a small park in Pittsfield MA (Wahconah park--former sight of pittsfield mets (A) & cubs(AA)) is one of a very few parks where this is the case & MLB learned from that park design.
Bummed that you're not on my ignore list yet?.....Don't worry, I'm sure you will be very soon.

              Fielding Gloves

listen up SCEA....for the second time in two years, I'm asking you guys to get the obvious right.....that is...can you include RED and DARK BROWN fielding gloves as options for your 2009 PS3 version of The Show?

This simple, but bewildering omission is a must.

Small detail, but the LF bullpen at Comiskey Park needs to be elevated by quite a bit. Players, when standing, are head and shoulders above the fence.

When the players have long sleeves because its cold the umpires and fans in the stadium should also.

Small detail, but it adds to the realism.

Also the temperature should be measured in degress not cold or hot. The way that its currently day/night. Both should be specific.

We really need to be able to change the Throwing and Batting hand for players that are already in the game, people change positions(if we go past C 1B 2B 3B SS IF it will permanently change to right), people drop switch hitting(Cesar Izturis, he's just batting righty now, I know some people did last year too).

Definitely, like age(Miggy Tejeda), and potential, I think it was you that mentioned that they have all the major leaguers A or B potential which shouldn't really be, and they have some of the potential wrong(Justin Upton). It would also make editing rosters for you much easier.

For pitchers, add some type of graph/chart/percentage we can edit to control how often they throw certain pitches. The "first pitch", "second pitch", etc needs to go for all baseball games, it's archaic.

Take a look at fangraphs.com for a reference, I'll use Josh Beckett as an example.

Beckett throws a fastball 69% of the time, curveball 22% of the time and change up 9% of the time.

It would be great if we could edit that right into the game. It's always frustrated me in baseball games where a pitcher like Beckett would throw 20 change ups in a game when he only throws it 9% of the time IRL.

Simply add another slider to each pitch in edit-a-player; control, velocity, movement, percentage.

                                I'd like to see...

                                1) A better playoff atmosphere.
                                2) NLDS/ALDS, NLCS/ALCS, World Series Logos painted on the grass.
                                3) World Series patches on hats and jerseys
                                4) Updated stadiums after World Series and Divisional championships (such as banners and years painted on the tops of dugouts where appropriate).
                                5) Correctly colored catchers equipment (of better yet the ability to edit it)
                                6) Bare walls (no ivy) at Wrigley at the beginning of the season.
