No need for the hostility.
We want to find out the answer to everyone's questions, concerns and such....but getting this together would be a lot easier if it follows a format.
To wade through someone asking a question...then someone replying(I'm still going to read it to see if there is a question in there) and then asking the same question as before is a bit time consuming. Not a BIG deal....but it would be easier if we sort it out on THIS end rather than having to do it later.

Okay, this is a long shot and something I always seem to forget about asking for during wishlist sessions. So this is kind of a question meant to also drop a bug in the SCEA boys' ears for future reference...lol

Is there an option to set battery mates in 09?

It's something I've always wanted to be able to set up. Have Wakefield get his own catcher every 5th day. Easy set-up so I don't have to manually change it each time he pitches (good for CPU controlled teams getting there #2 catcher some more time too). It doesn't happen as frequently anymore (I remember Clemens and Madduz both had preffered catchers for a time in there careers). It would be nice if it snuck it's way in somehow though

Anyway, I doubt it's in and I know it's a little thing. Just wondering.

Not sure if this has been asked before but could the future hold a online team play aspect ala NHL Hockey / NBA live. Use each persons RTTS player maybe and each would play from that perspective.

I was wondering how the "Road to the Show" will be for the next iteration of the game ? Will there be more real time on the feild and less fast-fowarding "action" ?

I just thought of something I haven't seen talked about on here and it has to do with the rotation. Since we haven't thought about it on here I doubt the guys a SCEA have thought about it too. In real baseball the #5 starter usually gets skipped over in the rotation due to off days and managers wanting to keep the rest of the starting staff on their normal routines. Can we look foward to something like that in the future?

Could someone please try and find out if after the game we will be able to just view highlight clips for specific players?

Example... For those that have played NBA 2k9 you have the option after the game to select any player that saw game time and then watch their "highlight reel" for the completed game.

I liked the Replay Vault in MLB 08 but would like to see it expanded to just be able to watch a certain play or a certain player's highlight reel instead of only being able to manually control each play.

Hopefully I explained that well enough.

Nope. We quit!

We're writing it all down, lol. I'll, or somebody, will even make a list of the accessories included, how many stances, etc.
