One thing I have learned being here is the developers ooze baseball. If it is not there it is not because of an oversite, the focus needed to be put on something else that was of more importance.

i just wanted to take the time on thanking Nem, Knight and the rest of the gang for all the time they have put into this... they could have just gone and not reported back with anything but they have taken their time out to answer ?'s and give us OODLES of INFO on the game... it is GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Wow guys I am really thankful for all the information you have given us, very much appreciated

I've got one question that probably hasn't been asked "Did any of you play the psp version"? Obviously you all were engrossed and mainly focused on the PS3 version, but I was just wondering if you had any feedback on what's new in the psp version or if you played it? Thank you:wink:

Damn it I wanted to but we just didn't have time.

Same goes for the PS2 version.

Although the PS2 version will have some of the small interface enhancements from the PS3 and I'm sure that will trickle over to the PSP as well.

This event was kind of a late spur of the moment decision that was costing one of the MLB producers. Ramone did say they might hold a couple preview events in late 09, so maybe then.

No need to worry, a few of the guys chosen should be on the lookout for animation inaccuracies.... just don't expect it to be Jim. He knows nothing about batting stances & MK doesn't care about them.:wink:
Those two have other more specific assignments, like gameplay glitches, sliders & attribute scouting. Plus they've compiled a mile long list of other stuff from the entire OS community.

Things should be good when all is said & done & they'll have a ton of explaining to do, so no time for fatigue. But man, all those hours traveling, then playing, traveling again, followed by hours answering to OS'ers..... Gonna be alot work, but I'm sure they're up for it.

When I get back to work next week (what I'm I saying I'm still at work now lol) you are going to get your wish. Since you seem to be the head Lion in the pride when it comes to batting stances I'm going to give you a special project

and we will see.

That is all I am willing to say at this point but you better put your money where your mouth is or I'm going to rag on you all year long lol.

It's all good Pared, I'm just really curious about what's in the psp version, and I know that the PS3 got most of the attention and rightfully so. I'm probably one of the guys in the minority, but I get excited about the psp version every year and I wish there was more info on it's features. But I'll just wait I guess, but like I said thanks for all the tremendous feedback and have a safe flight home:wink:

I would easily bet a lot of the changes from the PS3 trickled down to the PS2 and PSP version. I saw it up plenty of times around the office and they were working away on implementing things.

I'm not worried at all. The PSP version was so fantastic last year that I'd be just as happy if they only updated the menu/front end, stances and other options.
