If I'm not mistaken, High Heat didn't have a one game playoff either. One season, I was tied with Pittsburgh on the last day, and they somehow got the birth. Some sort of built-in tie breaker or something.

It must be something that's hard to program.

Just do it like Little League, and go by whichever team has given up fewer runs over the course of the season. Then award us with a juice box and orange wedges.

High Heat has it. i just finished a season with the Yanks and tied Sea for the wild card. Had a one game play off to get in...I won ;-)

What are you showing SCEA that is wrong?

Wall color? Looks like 2K has it wrong as well, considering the walls are a Soot Gray, not Green.

Blurry mound textures?

Overdone and unoriginal State Farm and Pepsi Ads?

Please help, cause I dont get it!

Are custom songs for players pulled directly off the PS3 hard drive, or do they have to be added to a Playlist first in MLB09?

I know the Jukebox Playlist in MLB08 was limited in the amount of songs you could add to it (53 songs). I could see this song limit being a bigger problem in 09, as you might not be able to fit all the songs you want to use with the custom player music feature.

I down loaded the demo and watched several CPU games. The game looks great and I like the product that I am seeing. My biggest issue w/this game is the amount of frozen rope line drives and laser throws by fielders (I watch the game field camera high). I have messed w/sliders to adjust hit spd but what eventually happens is in order to get an appropriate spd on hit balls, I have to sacrifice home runs, and outfield fly balls (hits seem to be grounders a majority of the time.) I have had this isuue for the last couple of years as well. I thought that with the new solid hits slider that this might change but I havent been able to successfully achieve a balance yet. Has anyone observed a similar problem and successfully made adjustments?

Is MLB 09 The Show going to have the Team logos on the field behind Home Plate? Because in the Demo the Philies Logo is missing.

No....the files are on your drive...you point the roster to find them.
It would be nice to have it embedded...but like you said...that would be some big roster files!

The stadiums were dressed for Opening day...I don't remember if there are logos. Probably.
All Star game? No idea...I didn't look.

I'm not sure if this has been asked yet or not. My question is I know we can select our uniforms this year but can we select both teams uniforms in Franchise? Thanks.
