                    The lighting almost adds another dimension to the game. It's very hard to explain....but in my mind(and I did pop in '08 last night to see something).....after seeing '09...'08 looks a little "flat".

                    Ok, we had a discussion about this in another thread a while back, I was basically saying that night games looked blah compared to day games. Is this still the case? Has the lighting at night been improved at all?

                            There is definitely improvement in this area. Also, that waxy glow that the players had seems to be toned down a lot.

                                    Ok, we had a discussion about this in another thread a while back, I was basically saying that night games looked blah compared to day games. Is this still the case? Has the lighting at night been improved at all?
                                    Somewhere back in this thread someone mentioned there was a JAW DROPPING IMPROVEMENT...or something close to that

                                        I have been following this thread and havent noticed this asked yet.

                                        Has stealing 2nd base been toned down this year on the Human side of things. It seemed like last year anyone that had decent speed could steal second without a problem. Thanks in advance!!

                                            Yeah i know what ya mean,i could steal second wit my catcher. I believe i saw on here somewhere that they had fixed that...

                                                    As far as franchise mode when trades happen do players that are stars that play the same position get moved to the minors? That was a big pet peeve of mine last year. Mets would trade for a better closer and move wagner to the minors instead of using him as set up.

                                                    Does the CPU move players to another position?

                                                    How does the inactive list work can it be used throughout the season for trades, ie 2-1 etc?

                                                    Do "Big name" free agents leave the small markets and chase the cash? Are stats tracked better year to year?

                                                    Does the arbitration and waivers work well?

                                                    And any other info is greatly appreciated....

                                                        They only "fix" I knew of (and use) was you could not take the extra step lead. Even without taking the extra step I was able to steal bases on appropriate pitches with my faster runners. Slower guys were gunned down.
                                                        Hopefully we don't have to do that this year but if that's the only thing I can live with the house rule.
