Ran into a bug today in the bullpen screen. I was at bat and switched the pitcher for a pinch hitter so I went to put someone up in the bullpen.

Once in the bullpen screen, I could not get out of it. Whenever I tried to leave the screen, a pop-up came up saying I had to remove a pitcher from the opponent. There was no option to leave the screen because of that pop-up.

Had to shut the game off.

ball went THROUGH my bat for a strike out when I swung. of all the collision detections bugs THAT ONE SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN!

Ok, this is really starting to get out of hand. 6 straight RTTS games where my team has been tied or leading and has lost because I failed a "drive the run in" goal. This happens to me 9 out of 10 times, almost never fails. If they ask me to drive a run in when they are tied or leading by 1-3 runs, they will lose that lead and be down by 3-5 runs by my next at-bat. If I fail the same goal when my team is losing they never come back...

So it's 6-4 top of the 7th bases loaded, two outs in my franchise game. I'm playing on Veteran, with Base running set to Assist. My only options are Assist and Auto. Don't know why there's not a manual option (is there supposed to be or does that open up on a higher difficulty level?) Aaron Rowand is up to bat, and what happens, my guy on 3rd decided to steal home. This happened to me 3 times when I had a guy in scoring position. The first time I thought maybe I hit a button by accident. The next time it did it without me touching anything, and I confirmed it in the 3rd game, which really pissed me off, because I ended up losing the game in the bottom of the 11th,

Is this a bug? Why does the AI think my player should steal home, it makes no sense.

When pitching from behind the pitcher, the hot zones within the "Select" button menu are backwards...

The thing is it shows the pitches pitched correctly, just not the hot zones.

Minor commentary bug. At the start of an RTTS, everytime I enter the game with no one on base and TWO outs, Matt V. says "And here we are at the top of the 1st with the bases empty and ONE away". Happens every time.

I'm stuck in the replay section. Whatever I do, I can't back out of it. What's so bad, is I just hit my 10th HR, and have 4 RBI's on the day. Guess I'm going to have to cut it off and lose it.

The replay glitch is getting really ****ing old.

This one is absolutely pissing me the **** off, if there is one thing I hate with video games its having to do the same thing twice and when I have to replay a game again because it trapped me in the stupid *** replay area Im really losing interest in using that option anymore. Its funny, it was the very first time I was attempting to save a replay of anything, a sweet double play animation that I hadnt seen before, and this is what happens, surely someone with atleast one working eye could have seen this before the damn game launched.

It appears the recording replay glitch has been mentioned... Here's what's happening to me:

I can record replays just fine when I choose to view "Replay" from the menu (in other words, the previous play).

However, when I go to "Replay Vault" from the menu I can't record. When I press L3 to record it says that the recording has finished. From this point I can exit if I want... But if I press L3 to try to record again I get stuck and have to quit MLB 09 all together by pressing the PS button to get to the XMB. It has happened this exact way every time. Not once have I been able to record from the replay vault, whether during a game or after... The same thing happens every time, just like I explained.

When I was batting against Greinke I was trying to pick up his release point and it was VERY funky. He would throw the ball with his palm faced down. It was like a late release point and the ball was coming out from such a weird angle I had to quit the game because there was no way I was going to try to hit against an alien. Anybody seen this or was it just a freak one time thing for me?? I sure hope so because that's going to make Greinke VERY tough to hit in this game if it's definetley a glitch with him.

RTTS, All Star level, AA Shortstop Bench player, IF 2nd position, drafted by AZ

Problem is, I had a good spring training, and managed to get my stats up to the point I'm the 2nd highest ranked (overall) shortstop in the system, on the 40 man roster, etc. So either the 40 man roster assignment is broken, or the coaching decision to have me start on the bench (officially -- still playing see next bug) is broken.

Because of the IF 2nd position, and the fact the team is weak overall at 2nd base as well, I'm being started every game even though my role is listed as bench. I'm doing above average (batting .280, 2 hr, 10+ RBIs in 1st 2 weeks of the season). But because my primary position is listed as SS, I'm the leading vote getter on the AA All Star list -- at SS. And I've never played a game there. Only at 2nd base.

I haven't read all 58 pages so I know some of these have been brought to the table already, but I'll go forth anyways.

1. Batting Order glitch. I know this is probably the most common one. The batting order is switched to the CPU's liking if you do FA moves even after you change it. I know Knight's rosters fixed this, but it would be better if SCEA could fix it so we can edit rosters right.

2. Movie Replay glitch. Sometimes it will say "An error has occurred" or something while doing a movie replay, and it will case the game to be stuck in the replay mode with no ability to leave it unless you quit the game. Have heard of other people having the same problem so it's not my game or PS3.

3. First Base glitch. I've seen this once or twice. When a player should be out at first, the game automatically makes them out, even if the first baseman is no where's near the bag. Happened to me against the CPU in my favor. I threw out a player at first when Joey Votto was a good 3 feet off the bag. He just tapped his foot down in the dirt and the guy was out.

4. Outfielder Fielding glitch. I have run into this at least 5 or 6 times. Sometimes the CPU will hit a liner and it gets down for a single, but when you run over to pick up the ball, your player won't pick up the ball, he just lets it roll by, then the ball rolls back a good 10-15 feet and the base runner gets a triple.

5. Harry Potter Train Station glitch. Okay that's a lame joke, but I've also experienced players walking through walls.

I'd love it if players couldn't run through each other, but that's not that big of a deal.

Another "if it was fixed it would be nice, but if it's not it doesn't really matter" glitch is when the fans go to catch the ball but it just keeps bouncing around. I love how the fans react to a ball coming near them, but it would be even cooler to see one of them snag it instead of the ball flying around the stands like a pinball.
