It has been mentioned before but fixing the stamina issue with DH's would be great. Last year I rested some players in the DH role but can't this year because their fatigue is drained at the same rate as a position player.

It's mental exhaustion that haunts the DH. They get sleepy drinking beers in the clubhouse between at-bats...What?Comment

Re: ***Official Bugs/Glitches Thread***
There was a play that should have had two errors but only counted as one (I'll put up the video later):
Soriano hits a ground ball to Clint Barmes in the hole up the middle at 2nd. He boots the backhanded attempt but decides to throw it anyway, Soriano being safe by a good few steps. The throw is airmailed and goes out of play so Soriano gets to second base. It should be scored as Soriano reaching on an E4 (field) and advancing to second on another E4 (throw). It should have been two errors but was only scored as one.
EDIT: Haha well the next pitch there's another ground ball to him, and another overthrow. Soriano scores. How unfortunate can one guy get?

Re: ***Official Bugs/Glitches Thread***
TB pitcher pitched 8 2/3 innings against me and left the game up by 2 with no one on. Reliever comes in, records one out, and gets a save. Is that a valid save? I thought that he needed to record outs equivalent to the lead of the winning team.Comment

Re: ***Official Bugs/Glitches Thread***
Reliever/closer's team has to be ahead by no more that 3 runs and the save can start from the 7th inning on out assuming he hasn't blown it and lost the lead somewhere during that time. I think that's what it is but don't quote me on that.Comment

Re: ***Official Bugs/Glitches Thread***
Depends on the entire situation. Were they down by at most three with at least two runners on? I think this would constitute as a save.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: ***Official Bugs/Glitches Thread***
Don't know if it has been mentioned, but after the game is done and during the "highlight reel" at the end, the live scoreboard during the replay shows the final box score (which hasn't happened at the time of the highlights obviously)....
Also, again with the replay highlights at the end of the game...let's say it's a blowout win and in the last couple innings the crowd goes home leaving the stadium looking empty...well during the highlights and replays, it shows the empty crowd for the highlights in the first couple innings, which obviously had a full capacity at the time they really occurred.Comment

Re: ***Official Bugs/Glitches Thread***
This is something that's more of a programming thing and not really a bug but just the way that the AI logic works, but I hit a high sky flying shot into right field at Safeco with Griffey that was close to getting out, but I saw the CPU stop short of the warning track and just look at the fence. As I assumed it, this ball was not going to go out and instead hit off the wall. This was exactly the case (hitting the very top of the wall) and he played it perfectly, though I was still able to make my way around for a triple. The guy had a chance to actually catch it had he leapt, but instead he already "knew" that ball wasn't leaving the yard, and he played it so.
I have a video saved of it with some poor directing skills on my part that I'll bring up eventually when I get it saved on a flash drive, but it's things like these that make me wonder if anything in any video game is actually random. For instance, on assisted baserunning they know whether to go halfway or keep rounding bags on a fly ball because they know whether the CPU will catch it or not, even on a dive. Or maybe it's programmed for one in every 800 batters a beach ball will come out of the stands and onto the field. You know what I mean? The game may be more scripted than we know. That's not really a bug, I just wanted to throw it out there though.

Also, is it just me being color blind or are some of the walls in the game different colors than real life?
For example, Safeco field and Progressive field (The Jake)...seems that in the game they have a lighter shade of a brighter color whereas if you look at pictures in real life, the walls have a much darker tint to them.

Re: ***Official Bugs/Glitches Thread***
Haven't read the whole thread so I don't know if this has been addressed in here. I just got done reading the RTTS Crash and Burn thread and I wanted to point out that I had the crash occur in my franchise at the end of SPring Training 2011 with my O's franchise last night. Again, I haven't read the whole thread but just wanted to point out if it hasn't been noted already that doesn't appear to just be a RTTS issue.Comment

That is a valid save. Part of the rule states that tying run has to be on base, at bat or on deck. Obviously, in this case the trying run was on deck.Oakland Athletics San Jose Sharks
