The more exhibition I play the more I think it is a phenomenon that occurs in Franchise. I will have to play more exhibition, but in almost every franchise game I have played it has been decided by 1 or 2 runs. I played another exhibition game and won 4-0.

This guy sends me a PM saying dont call me jimmy. Classic the guys getting offended on a thread where he hammers on other people having a legitimate discussion. Telling us that we are in closets and the governments watching us but he pms me saying dont call me jimmy.

i dunno i dont feel like sitting here arguing with everyone. i like the people on these boards and dont want any problems. i am gonna continue to play and just see what happens it is what it is. i just dont feel the need to talk down to us a little like we dont know what we're doing or know how to play. I dont wanna sound cocky but i think of myself as a really good player. Ohwell i dunno i have no problems with anyone and dont want any problems. gonna just try to keep playing and see what happens.

I have also noticed the 2 out rallies. Seems most times I give up runs and especially big innings are with two outs.

I don't understand why people who are so passionately against the concept of an issue with the AI are posting so much. There are people who are seeing odd things and are looking into it. If that's not you, who cares? Some of you guys are taking fanboy-ism to all new levels.

Learn to adjust to the new difficulty or continue to see your "anomalies".

One thing I keep hearing is "Your strategy stinks, your not pitching right" etc. Then there's a guy who says he is seeing comeback AI in CPU vs CPU games.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but testing this via CPU vs CPU will put all these "Your not playing right" complaints to rest, correct? I'm currently testing this on HOF level CPU vs CPU with mixed results. I won't post my findings yet because I don't want to get the small sample response and will need to set up a probability chart so I can compare to real MLB games.

I work from home and can do alot of testing. If there is something funny I will find out. Also, I'm totally impartial. I very much hope there is no comeback AI because this is a great game otherwise.

I hate comeback AI, the **** needs to go away. I had a huge lead in Head Coach 09 one time and the CPU charged back with an impossible comeback in the 4th quarter. One of which was a fumble in the last minute of the game on a kneel down play for God's sakes. I was told by the devs "There is no comeback in our game." Well then WTF?

If you work in software development as a community rep and walk in to ask one of the top programmers in the country "Hey, the community thinks the CPU cheats - what up?" What do you think that programmer will say? "Yep, tell them we made the game to cheat." Heck no, he'll say get bent - that's how the real world works in business.

I very much hope there is no comeback AI because this is a great game otherwise.
