Heres whats im doing guys. going to switch over to control tigers in 1st inning. purposely allow Indians tol score 7 runs. the take back control of indians see if i can hold lead throughout game, and see if i can score more.m logic says i should be able to score at east a coupe more right? I'll do this for 55gms, same exact thing, see what happens. Remember, i have clutch rating at 99 for all Indians pitcher now! If i see one "comeback" I'll move it to a 10-0 lead after 1st. if i see one then i'll go to 12-0. If i see it then... well theres obviously a hug problem witth the game woluldnt u agree? Will post results!

I don't have a problem with the big leads. It's the ones within 2 runs that see-saw back and forth. Anytime there is a pressure situation, it seems the odds are stacked against.

No, because I am not experiencing this problem outside of normal things that happen in baseball.

whatever dude, go play ur game. so if a team led 12-0 after first innig for 5gms straight, ur saying itd be normal if the other team came back every game. maybe not win it, but make it close. go play ur game, let me play mine. stolp bashing on my suggestikons, ideas, and opinions. GO PLAY!

I never bashed, I said NO to YOUR data, because I don't experience it. Meaning, there can be things YOU are doing wrong, because for me not to experience, but you are... then there is a problem with your research now isn't there?

But of course, you are super defensive, which you claimed you weren't. I no where bashed you, yet you tell me to "go play my game".

Don't bother Trinity. Just stay on topic. There are trolls on every board.

The clutch rating is pretty interesting. Max out attributes for a pitcher but leave that one real low and see what happens. Clutch seems to have a decent effect on the game which it shouldn't.

Leave what one real low? i only maxed out the pitchers. oh and btw, top of 2nd inning, 2 outs, CPU hits 2 run homer llol/. 7-2 now. i dont have a good feeling about this but its worth a shot. Cliff Lee on the mound btw

And how can you say clutch rating has a decent effect, when it hasn't even been tested?

Clutch. I maxed out every attribute I could for a pitcher while loweing their clutch to 0. I wanted to see how much of an impact clutch can have on a pitcher's game. It's one of the lesser talked about attributes and I'm just curious to see what raising and lowering it would do to performance since it's an attribute that shouldn't be in the game.

clutch was oe of the ratings that i drastically reduced last year to give HOF level a bigger challenge. It really worked as they were hit around a lot more with it lowered.

I'm playing a season game right now........just took a 4-2 lead bottom of the 5th...

will report what happens next.

I am playing in SEASON mode...not franchise.

cool, good then i'll test it maxed out owhile you test it at zerol. i agree it shouldnt be ikn the game. basmketball yes, for clutch shots. baseball, no. yes there might be a thing as clutch hitting, but thats what risp batting average is for imo. dont need a clutch attribute. wish scea would describe what it means and does for the players in the game. its 8-3 now. im not gonna try to score anymore just to see what happens.

Im in exibition mode. i dont play franchise either, i do season mode. same stuff with ai still occcurs.

top of the 6th of my game the opponent got one hit with one out then grounded out weakly and flied out....

score still 4-2 me ...now bot of 6th.

When the rosters come out, I'll probably lower everyone's clutch down to 10 or something. That way everyone is on equal ground and it won't have an effect on the games much. Don't see why games keep trying to implement it, especially baseball games.
