Wow i must say that i'm very disapointed with this game so far. It does so many things well and many wrong. I don't care what anybody says. This game has comeback on always. I've been doing my franchise for the past couple of days and what a turn off. I started my franchise with the yankees and have played 12 games so far. On allstar difficulty. Every single game i've played the CPU becomes Incredible HULK when they are losing. I was beating baltimore 6-0 in the 6th inning(Pitching with CC). Once they came up to bat these guys were hitting BOMBS. 3 back to back. I would pitch obvious strikes and the Umps would call them all balls. I would pitch near the dirt but the CPU would hit doubles or Homeruns non stop. I have seen it happen many times already. This to me is a game killer.( I can already see the smarts remarks coming). In 08 i won the world series with the Yankees on HOF. This is becoming rediculous already. Anytime you have the lead the CPU will become unstopable and i hate it. Even against my best pitchers, and yes i have comeback off in the options but still. It still happens and it's fake when it happens every game. Why would SCEA think this would be necessary? Makes me not want to do any franchise with this game.

You do know there is a variable strike zone option for them. And umps do that in RL.
Were they using the 9 iron or the wedge? I need to improve my golf game in the dirt traps.

. Baa the game has the option to turn it on or off. I have it off but every team i play is always coming back on me. I thought i was the only one who saw this until i spoke to a friend earlier today and he told me the same thing.

See, that to me is weird. Why was that option even added? With all the comeback code complaints this year, plus the addition of that option, it sounds like there might be some glitch in the game programming where that option doesn't shut off or something.Comment

The devs also said there were no framerate problems with the demo
I know the game has variable strikes called by the umps but i mean it happens a lot more when the CPU is losing. I enjoy this game but the franchise mode is getting out of hand. You might want to leave the comedy to somebody funny

They surely did not. They actually did not comment on it. All that he (one dev that tried it) said, is he was were unable to notice it on the retail PS3 with the PSN demo on their Sony TV. And some did not notice it on some TVs.
And they also said, that it WONT be in the final, in which is was not, in which it was inadvertently admitted to.
