What game mode did the bug happen in? RTTS

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
My RTTS SS hit a routine fly ball to shallow center field. The center fielder turned around and ran to the warning track, even though he should have ran in to catch it, and stopped facing the wall. The ball landed in medium center field and rolled to the wall, and the center fielder never moved to get the ball. Eventually the left fielder came over to get the ball, but I ended up with an inside the park home run.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Only happened once so far.

Replay glitch:

What game mode did the bug happen in? Season mode.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? At the end of my past two games, both have been extra inning games and both were White Sox (me) @ Tigers. Once the game ends there are no post game highlights. When I go into the replay vault, there are no replays from the 9th inning on. When I go to view the replays in the other innings, it always appears to be the same play but with no pitch or batter (The bat is just hovering in the batters box). I could try playing a few other games to see if this glitch happens again.

How often can the bug be reproduced? It's happened to me twice in back-to-back games.

was able to get past it by changing shedule to another team then simming to next start so far so good 3 weeks and counting -
i read a few posts on this doesnt work all the time but for me so far so goood - however my batting average has gone from 375 to 280 dont if that has anything to do with that but it sucks--
another glitch - when fielders get close to eachother my guy runs in place ( lost a flyball cause left fielder came close to me and i got stuck running in place

also not really the thread but can we get the "splash charts" back from 08( when in the field press start and you see where the hitter generaly hits the ball left center right) its nice to have scouting in the game

anyway try the switch shedule (r2 whenon the shed page) and let every one know if it worked for you

forgot to point out rtts carrer was started before patch but this work on a save after patch

i was playing boston , i was new york , and cano hit a pop up behind home plate that was rows into the stands and varitek went through the wall and net and caught the ball in the stands

i have a video of this that i will post as soon as possible

The two times that I've seen an ejection in a RRTS game, the game has FROZEN and I have to restart my PS3. Has anyone else seen this?

Franchise and RTTS

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Happened after downloading the May 11 patch. When I enter a fantasy draft in the Franchise mode the system shuts off and restarts. I've also tried starting a RTTS and upon begining the system shuts off. I would just go back to the previous patch if I could but when the May 11 patch was released I overwrite it.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

It happens every time I try to start a new franchise or RTTS if I use the uploaded May 11 patch.

I could always not load the rosters but then i'd be left playing with the rosters that the game was released with. I don't want that.

I have the exact same problem and I tried season and franchise.
I did a fantasy draft and each time I click X to make my first pick the game restarts.
I saw in an MLB forum many people complaning this occured after the May 11th roster download.
I was hoping that I didnt have to wait till next Monday to play.

I may have reported this before. ATT Park, Giants in the field. I hit a little chopper that went about 20 feet in front and to the left of the Giants pitcher. Probably 6-8 feet left of the pitching rubber. Pitcher comes in but doesn't pick up the ball. I think this is the second time I've had this happen in this stadium.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Unknown. I expect there is a dead area somewhere around there that causes this???

Dont know if this has been said Nationals pitcher Mike Hinckley always has a glitch on his face where all the pixels are screwed up

Don´t know if this was already posted, but...

First game of Braves franchise against the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park, 9th inning. Game tells me to replace the opposing pitcher when I wanted to sub out MY pitcher with a reliever who was warming up. I can not even leave my bullpen because there´s only the Messsage: "You must replace Clay Condrey" who is a Phillie pitcher!!! At the bottom of the message I can only press on "Continue", but that does nothing other than bringing me back to my bullpen.

This message pops up everytime I hit circle, EVERY TIME. I can do nothing but shutting off the PS3 right???

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Can´t tell... Hopefully not so often. Really frustrating because I had a great game with a 10!!! spot in the 4th inning with 2 3-run HR´s and then this...

Downloaded the latest roster update before starting my franchise today if this helps.

Can anyone help me here?

Longshot but do you have 2 controllers? If you do, you might be able to pause with the second controller, and take control of the CPU team to make the pitching change...then give control back to the CPU.

Just tried but the answer is actually obvious. I can not leave my bullpen menu at all so I can not assign the 2nd controller to the other team.

Just to make that clearer: I´m IN my bullpen when this happens, I see my pitchers warming up when I tell them to. I can also sit them again, but I can absolutely not continue my game because it wants me to substitute the opposing pitcher??!!

Am I the first to report this bug?

If I remember.....push the PS3 button on the controller that brings up the quit game screen, then go back to the game. Something in the back of my pee sized brain tells me that worked??????????
