Ill probaby check out the presentation of the game and play a few innings just to get the feel. Probably starta RTTS, franchise to see if anything is different. I wont keep the franchise off the start though. Ill put the music in and then thats when i start getting into the think of things. Ill try an online game to see if the lag is gone. . .either way ill have no life over summer. It'll play baseball on the diamond then come home and play baseball on the ps3. Whatta life.

I plan to walk mine up the stairs of the tallest building i can find and set fire to it on the roof. The smoke will be seen for miles. And I'll just laugh. Then I will cry when I realize what i've just done. Fall to my knees and scream to the sky "WHY?????"

The slider forum is going to be a mess this year because the difficulty for hitting and pitching can be hybridized. I foresee a ton of slider scenarios.

I wonder if I could use the ones that I used last year for the start of this years. My gut says no, that problems corrected by the sliders last year were adjusted accordingly by the developers and would create an overcompensation on my part.

I'm probably going to check out the Brewers roster, look at the new edit/create a player features, and then try out the HR derby mode with Prince or Braun.

I'd like to add to his story:

One thing's for sure. My performance at work will suffer for quite a bit as I play the game, and also convince a few of my colleagues whom I've gotten to buy a PS3 and The Show to play a few games online with me. Those of us who work from home are going to be screwed! (I can see it now. In the middle of a telecon, they'll wonder why "Boston sucks" is being chanted in the background. )
