My local store supposed to be getting it tonight ,they told me it might be delay because of the snow in NYC .... They told me tomorrow afternoon for sure but they told me to call them at 6pm tonight ! to see was good..

Some guy is posting on NY CL that they have a copy for sale.. Only $100! But if this guy really has it, chances are the rest of the NY should start to see it.. I'd say today but the weather sucks and flights were delayed/canceled. In fact if this storm continues as expected, it's possible our stores won't get it until Sat in the city.. I hope this is not the case.

Called all of our local Walmarts, Targets, etc here in Minnesota and no luck - several indicated they have it but I couldn't convince them to sell it early

Targets are worthless - even if you get someone to try to ring it up they put it in the computer as a 'recalled item' until the street date, so there is no possible way you'd ever get it early there. Sadly, this will probably start happening at WalMart in the near future.
