How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Every single pitcher and most hitters declined in almost every stat no matter their potential and how they perform. And the only players that went up were the random made up players. It happens throughout franchise mode. Can't really recreate it.



How often can the bug be reproduced?

Every franchise. Almost every player.. I HATE IT IT RUINS FRANCHISES!!!!!!

This has probably already been posted, so forgive the possible repeat:

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

If a catcher drops ball four it is counted as an E2.



How often can the bug be reproduced?

Have seen it probably about 4 or 5 times in a months worth of season games. It has occurred both while I was at bat and while I was pitching.

It's happened three times to me now. In year 2 of my RTTS with a second baseman, whenever there is an event on screen that triggers a special cut scene, like an injured player or a player who is arguing a close call, if you button through it too quickly, the game locks up. The PS3 controller center button does not do anything and the only thing that you can do is to hard boot the PS3... flipping the switch in the back or holding the power button down. I have Fast play turned on hoping just to skip over those freeze-causing issues, but to no avail, some still show, and if you button through them too quickly (ie, 1 second) then the game just locks up.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Seemingly every time there's one o fthose events. Buttoning through them quickly seems to be a sure-fire way to lock up the game.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

My player was injured in August, a broken arm and then placed on the 60 day DL. I then try to simulate the rest of the season and it will simulate for 2 weeks or so and then just stop simulating. The game isn't frozen as i can hit circle and do anything else, I just can't get past August. I tried all 3 different ways of simulating and none of them work. Please help.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

I have tried about 10 times and it happens each time. Its not 1 certain day either, this has happened on August 24th, 25th, 29th.

Victor Marinez hits a shot to Arod in Fenway and he overthrows Teixiera and the ball goes into the stands. Ball is out of play and Martinez should be on 2nd. Instead he rounds first, second third and then heads home for a run. Play was ruled an error but the ball was out of play and Martinez shouldn't have scored all the way home


How often can the bug be reproduced?

Not sure. had it happen only once. I have a video of the play that i will try to post.

2 outs, bottom of the 9th, runners on 2nd & 3rd, Yankees leading by 1. Pat Burrell hit a weak grounder down the 3rd base line. The ball hit the runner so it shouldve been the final out of the game or a foul ball. Instead its called a base hit and the Rays tied the game. Heres video:

Sorry for the distant view but the ball hits the 3rd base runner and you can see ARod pick it up at the end.

Experience the same problem. Twice in one inning (with the same runner!) as a matter of fact.

Grounder to short, hits runner. Everybody's safe.

Then a grounder to third, hits running coming home from third. Again, run scores and everyone's safe.

XMB dashboard

Minnesota Twins MLB 10 theme will become a Chicago Cubs theme when you exit and enter games through the XMB. Start up a game with the Twins theme activated, then start a game. Leave the game by quitting through the PS button. When it takes you back to the XMB, you'll now have a Cubs theme. Start MLB 10 The Show through the XMB. Then after it's started, quit through the PS button. The game will quit, and take you to the XMB, and now the Twins theme is back.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Everytime you do the procedure above.

I've found a "work-around" for this...I believe. Look at your pictures you posted. McClouth's helmet is the newer Cool-Flo version. The other picture is an older helmet (non-Cool-Flo).

If you change McClouth's helmet to the older version, I bet it's fine. The Mets helmets on the road are wrong in this game (black for the grays, black/blue fade with the blacks..should be the other way around), but if you change their helmets (they all use the Cool-Flo) to the older versions, it gives you a black/blue combo like their hats...still wrong (they stopped using that in 2005) but it still changes them.

I did this and yes, when you change MClouth's helmet to the old style, he wears the correct one. Apparently it has to do with the new style helmets where certain players/teams wear the wrong one.

Seems to happen every season with my position player. The season starts off and the manager warns me that I do not have the green light and Ishould not be stealing... Okay, well, cool story bro, but I am not stealing. Now, in the 6th game, the game ends, without any steals or steal attempts or caught stealings, and I get a letter from the manager that I am benched indefinitely for trying to steal at will. Uhm. I'm NOT stealing. I usually lean back towards the bag because I don't want to get picked off. One time in the previous season, the manager called a hit and run and the player missed the ball but I had already committed to the "run" portion, and again, called me for stealing.. It's bogus.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

It's happened three consecutive RTTS seasons. I am not stealing but the manager gets mad at me for stealing.

Please tell me they are going to fix the ridiculous scoring decisions in this game on the next patch. I just walked a batter with a splitter in the dirt and it gave Geovanny Soto an error. What the crap?

Have only seen it once. Past the trade deadline. Trades for my team are set for manual. I am the Cubs. A SP is injured, out two weeks. A RP comes off the IR, back to the MLB lineup. Suddenly while simming a week of games my MLB roster has 26 players. Check it - the CPU has traded three minor league pitchers for Scott Posednick (also a minor leaguer) but moved him to the MLB roster even though there were already 25 players on that roster.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Have not seen it before this or since this.

Happens every few games. I play every 6th game. When my teams' record for the last 10 games displays in game, it's often wrong. For example my Cubs were 8-2 in the last 10 games, but it displayed 2-8.

Every played game, at least in this franchise.

While I am pitching, CPU team has a runner on 3rd with one out. The next hitter lines a single to CF. The announcers state that the run has scored. The runner should score from 3rd on a single. The runner at 3rd does not score. He stands on the base as if there's not been a hit.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

It only happened once.
