What game mode did the bug happen in? Franchise

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Runner on 3rd, 2 outs, chopper to first baseman, runner scores prior to the force out at first and the run is still counted.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Not sure

Every time I attmept a hit and run the batter will bunt.

No pickoffs I have only tried 1st and 2nd base, able to step off bag but can not pickoff.

I have tried in the 3 games I have played and read the manual.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Yes just try to throw to a bag with a runner on it.

Struck on two-strikes. Twelfth inning, took one called strike and then swung at a pitch that was high and way outside. I got the off-balance swing animation and was struck out. I confirmed I only got two pitches on my next at bat.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Individual Defensive adjustments will not save if you fast forward at any point in the game. Here is how I tested:

While pitching in the first inning I adjusted the individual defense of the first batter I faced. I then played offense normally (no fast forward.) The next time the batter came up the defense I had used previously was saved ok. I then fast forwarded until he came up to bat again. At that point the defense was re-set to normal/default and I had to re-adjust the defense.

In conclusion, if you only want to pitch in a game (thus fast forwarding through all of your batting) you will have to set the defense every time a batter is faced!

Bottom of the 9th, 2 outs, 2 strikes. My pitcher was just about to throw a complete game shutout and the announcer stated "All 46,000 fans are on their feet!" However, the fans were still sitting down.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Tough to do since complete game shutouts are rare.

Was pitching...got the ball back from the catcher and pressed select to bring up the charts. Game froze. I was able to produce it twice. It seems like I pressed it before the pitcher was set which caused it to freeze. I haven't had the issue when my pitcher is set and ready to pitch.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Happened twice, but reluctant to test it.

When I was trying out season mode a few times earlier today, I noticed that after I chose "End Spring Training" right off the bat without playing any Spring Training games, once I got to the ragular season, the CPU optimized my Cubs roster to have Derrek Lee batting 2nd and Aramis Ramirez batting 3rd. Keep in mind that I have control of the team, and I have ALL roster actions for the team set to manual. The CPU shouldn't be touching my rosters at all.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

It happened every time I started a season with the Cubs (not controlling any other teams). I'd like to test if it happens in franchise as well and if it happens when you have control over more than one team. I'd also like to check if the issue is avoided if you at least play one Spring Training game or if the issue happens after simming any number of games. I guess I'll test it out tomorrow if no one else gets to it by then.

Ummm... you do know the controls for the pickoff move are different this year than last, right? You now have to press the L2 at the same time as the base icon.

Game froze on me. Had to switch power off ps3. Couldn't even go into xmb.Might be same issue people are having with Franchise.

Season mode. Fantasy draft 162 games. Happened on the 1st game of the season. 7th inning.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
I check swung and the pitch was low and called a strike. I went to hit X to do the practice stride thing (not the swing) and at the same time I went to check the pitch count. (Select) (almost routine now from mlb 09) Then the game just completely froze on me once I hit the select button. -_- Screen didn't come up either. it just froze right then and there.

Not quite sure. Don't feel like taking the risk of trying it again.

Playing exhibition at Target Field- Yankees vs Twins, night game

Went to warm up a different pitcher in the bullpen by using the d-pad and once the pitcher began to warm up, the bullpen screen stayed on while I was playing. I was able to hit start and then it was disappeared.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
This is the first time it has happened.

Ball four. Runner sprints to first. Walk is recorded correctly but also an error is given to the catcher.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Has happened three times in twenty games so far. I believe it occurs when the catcher bobbles ball four.

How it happened

THere was a bunt. The pitcher picked the ball up and threw to Ryan Howard at first base and got the out. But Ryan Howard's foot never came close to the base. It was still an out even tho he didn't touch the base.

It only happened once, but I only played 3 games.
