Well I did some research (looked back to the roster update threads for last year) and it looks to me like most of the rosters are released around 5-6am my time, and I'm in Hawai'i. So that's 10-11 Eastern time.

Re: MLB '10: The Show - Player Potential Fix Coming in Next Roster Update
So are the potential fixes only for the guys whose potentials are clearly way off or are they are actually making some of the minor potential changes that are recommended in this thread?
If the latter is the case than Rick Porcello's potential should certainly be an A rather than the B that it is currently. I don't see how pitching as well as he did last year for a rookie with very little minor league expierence and his stuff make him any less than an A.My Teams
College: Michigan Wolverines
NHL: Detroit Red Wings
NBA:Detroit Pistons
MLB: Detroit TigersComment

There is like 150 minor league players with A potential. Last year there was about 30.Comment

I believe in 09 there were 4-5 A's in the roster set, plus the 20+ you can create. There were a lot more Bs last year if my memory serves.Comment

Re: MLB '10: The Show - Player Potential Fix Coming in Next Roster Update
Sorry for the wrong information then. I thought I read somewhere on here in the past few days it was 30ish. Either way there are way more right now in the minors.Comment

Re: MLB '10: The Show - Player Potential Fix Coming in Next Roster Update
Well, the final total came out to around 30 depending on which roster update you used, because the number of As varied from set to set, so your info is correct. Anymore than 30 is too many, I just hope they get it right tomorrow.Comment

Do we need to restart our franchise when the patch comes out? Or the patch will automatically applies to our franchise?Comment

Re: MLB '10: The Show - Player Potential Fix Coming in Next Roster Update
unknown. I would suspect though that you it would work with existing franchises, thus meaning you will not have to start over.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

To clarify though, the new Roster Set coming out tomorrow will not apply to an existing franchise.Comment

Thanks CB. This was my concern in NBA 2K10, but 2K applied the patch to the franchise as well. I hope SCEA do the same thing.Comment
