Choo is in the game, i.e. Shin-Soo Choo. It's phonetically the same as Chiu.

It's pronounced just like "Craft/Kraft" (which are already in the game), but with an "s" instead of an "f". Simple enough, but I've never played a game that had this pronunciation in it before. If SCEA San Diego could add that into the game that would blow my mind.
