Tired of this happening in RTTS.

Im batting, get the sign for a hit and run. I hit the ball, and for example, get a base hit into left field. Well the idiot baserunner speeds on around 2nd and into 3rd, where he is thrown out by a mile.

Then it gives me a -5 failed.

I didn't fail, his baserunning failed. I got the hit in the situation.

Happens all the time. Please fix this

Somebody in SoS says any song in the latter half of the list (after 244, someone else says 243-up) won't play in-game, another song from the list gets played instead. The songs I tried are all in that area.

Edit: did some testing, it's anything 245-up that won't play in-game or in the menu. It'll play if you select it yourself but not automatically at random.

Also having this problem:

Any mode

Any SOS batter walkup song applied to batter after the 240 song limit will either not play at all, or plays a random song from before the 240s.

I agree, the logic is bad there. If anything, that should be a positive result since you got on base. Ditto happens on "Drive the run in" with a runner from 2nd getting nailed at the plate.

Rupe: do songs 241-244 work for you? 245-up is what doesn't play on my end. Incidentally, those wouldn't stick pre-patch so I would assume that this is a side-effect of the patch.

I called for a pitchout. However instead of the ball being pitched out, it was pitched in. It hit the batter. I have had this happen multiple times but it seems it is random. Obviously the common thread between them are that there is a man on first base at the time I pitched out.

Can you recreate it?

Not at will, but it seems to happen quite often.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Usually once or twice a game when I do the pitchout. It seems to happen more often, the first or second time I do a pitchout in the game. But it's not exclusive to that moment.

My friend who was playing me online hit the ball on the ground to shortstop with two outs & the bases loaded.

I guess so, but it would be kind of hard to do so.

What is the Bug?

The bug is that the ball hit the baserunner running from second to third on the ground ball but was not called out in the game as he should have been. Instead all runners were safe & a run that should not have scored, did score. The rule is, a baserunner hit by a batted ball in fair territory is out & the ball is dead & the batter is given a single. However no runners can advance on the play. Here, not only did all runners advance, a run scored on what should have been the third out.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

I am guessing as often as a batted ball hits a baserunner in fair territory.

With first base occupied the runner still gets to try to run to first on a dropped third strike. This is not the case in baseball and I'm pretty sure wasn't in previous versions of the game

When the home team is winning in the bottom of the ninth and gets 2 outs and 2 strikes the crowd doesn't " Get Loud " until the 2nd pitch after 2 strikes.

Every time.

I actually noticed that last night in my game against my friend on the same console. I thought it was weird at the time. But it seems now that it was not only my game that this happens.

Are you sure it was not two outs at the time? I have seen this situation in the game but the batter did NOT try to run to first on the dropped third strike.

Can be just a man on 3rd, 2nd & 3rd, 1st & 3rd doesnt matter the combination of runners. Anyways, you'll be waiting for the pitch and the runner on 3rd decides to run on his own. The other runners will not run, only the man on 3rd. I do not press a button to trigger this. Again, the runner just literally starts running for home. This has been happening since 09 the show and I know other people talked about this a lot last season.

I'm not sure because i don't know how its being produced. However I estimate it happens 4 of every 5 games. And everytime is happens it kills my inning and the momentum I have going. 100% momentum killer every time.

Exhibition, first time I've seen this happen.

CPU had runners on 1st and 3rd (3rd base runner was pitcher, don't know if it was the reason for the glitch) with 1 out

Batter hits a single that drops in right center. I field the ball and throw it home. Runner on 3rd hasn't moved and runner from first runs to 3rd. I run up the 3rd base line and tag out the 2nd runner at 3rd base.

I got the well known runner crossing the home plate scoring when the runner was out at first for the third out
How often can the bug be reproduced?
This was the first time I got it but the ball was bobbled. When it is a normal pop fly and easy catch, the run did not score. I noticed that on the game log there was not mention of the run scoring either, however, the palyer was still credited with a run...

I tried to edit the cleat colors on a few Dodger players, and they cannot be edited. It seems that for any team that wears blue, red, or white cleats, you cannot customize the cleats of any player on that roster. Only players on teams that wear black cleats can have their footwear colors edited in the game.

Russell commented that this is not a bug since the teams that wear red, blue, or white cleats are the only teams with the "same team color shoe", but this is incorrect. All teams have a designated footwear color (i.e. black, red, blue, or white), and the MLB rule states that the shoes must be 51% that color, and that's the only restriction. Players on all teams are free to add additional color accents (blue/red on the Phillies, green/yellow on the A's, etc.) as long as they stay within that 51% rule. Additional examples/explaination here.

In short, teams that wear red, blue, or white cleats are held to the same standard as teams that wear black cleats (in terms of customization) in real life, and the the same should apply to the game. The editable options for the cleat colors should just be unlocked, and the "team default" body colors should point to the appropriate designated cleat color (red, blue, or white).

When playing with or editing any players on the Dodgers, Cubs, Royals, Phillies, Cardinals, or Athletics.

Baltimore (ME) vs Minnesota at Target Field. I hit in the bottom of the first with no problem. In the previews for the bottom of the first while giving the Twins lineup the screen was at a weird behind the plate angle. It never went off that screen. For 15 minutes I watched my starter taking warm up pitches and my infielders throwing the ball around.

I just swung at a pitch down the middle, held the x button the whole time like normal if you want to swing, but it check swung, without me releasing x. Other times, when I release the x button during a swing, it keeps on going

After I bring in a reliever, if I press Select to look at hotzones of a batter, when I exit that screen my pitch icons disappear. So I have to go by memory which button is mapped to one pitch. That's pretty hard to do with relievers sometimes because I just brought them in the game. It never happened with my starting pitchers.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
I just started playing Season last night and it happened in both games when I brought in my reliever pitchers. It seemed to happen everytime I brought up the hot zones.

Just press L1 to step off the rubber. They will reappear.
