Most of the skylines (buildings) are 3 dimension polygons. I was actually flying around outside the stadium in the editor and was amazing how detailed the cityscape was with things you don't usually see, especially Yankee Stadium!Ⓥ Boston Red Sox | Miami DolphinsComment

Re: I hope they fixed these things:
Enigma Nemesis posted a picture of the buildings in Baltimore behind Camden Yards and some buildings were casting reflections on other buildings. It was pretty crazy looking.Comment

However....if you look at say.....the Phillies....CBP....their skyline way in the back is a little "flat". He's right.
I didn't notice though at the event...sorry.

Re: I hope they fixed these things:
Yeah, you can not model every skyline perfectly, especially in the distance. Though I would like to see them make the outlines of the far distance 2D pictured ones have more of a softened blur to it so they are less "sharp". Just as they do with mountains, etc in the backgrounds of shooters or racing games.Ⓥ Boston Red Sox | Miami DolphinsComment

Re: I hope they fixed these things:
Because they(PNC park) lack proper lighting. All those highrises and buildings need to have some lights going on in them and while it looks nice during day games, its just bland at night. Never know, maybe they took care of the issue this year but I share your disappointment there.Comment

Re: MLB 11 The Show Community Day Discussion Thread - Questions, Answers etc.
Speaking of skylines, there was one thing that really did bug me about the skylines in all of the stadiums during night games. Even though night games would start when it was still light outside, the buildings in every stadium's background would look out of place, because they were too dark and had lights shining through random windows. Hopefully with the updated lighting model, this was something they re-worked.Comment
